Burger King — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Revisited the outlet again today, 10/03/2024. No change in the staff, service, or availability of items on the menu.. if anyone is reading this review,do not visit this outlet. They literally don't serve you what you want. You guys have to compromise on the food you want to eat.. there's another outlet in irrummanzil, better visit there..

Went to this outlet after a movie at 9:30pm.. asked for Pepsi meal (around 320 rs), DENIED because they don't have soft drinks kinda forced me to take milk shakes (around 370 rs) or coffee(in the night) as meal. Asked for single burger (chicken woopher), DENIED, because they serve only meals in store but they display single burger price on menu board, when asked why don't serve they are asking me to download the BK app, select the location and order online. Staff are rude and slow made me wait for 20 min denying what ever I order. 😤. They are forcing to spend OUR money extra and not giving us the choice of food we want to order. #letmemakemychoice.. Very disappointed at the level of service..

Thank you for your prompt response, but I believe that response is common for all the customers who have given 1 star. Again no proper action taken by the higher management. I have pretty much described my experience about the outlet on google maps, why do you still require the email? Please update the outlet location, it shows as 'Jai Hind enclave, Madhapur' where I actually visited 'Food Court, L&T Metro Mall, Unit No U2 & U3, 5th Flr, Mumbai Hwy, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082' which shows you level of customer...

Absolute Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!

If there were a competition for the worst fast-food outlet, Burger King Panjagutta would win hands down! My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order at 10:09 AM, which was promptly accepted—only for me to later find out that the store doesn’t even open until 11:30 AM. What kind of incompetent system is this? Why on earth are you accepting orders when you aren’t even operational?

But wait, it gets worse. Enter Chandu, the most unprofessional and clueless staff member I’ve ever encountered. When I called to sort out the issue, he acted like it was my fault for ordering. Excuse me? Isn’t it your job to ensure a smooth experience? Clearly, Chandu missed that memo.

And then came the “manager,” Arifa—who, honestly, should rethink her career choices if customer service is her calling. No solutions, no urgency, no remorse—just pure indifference. It was like talking to a wall, but worse because at least a wall doesn’t waste your time. If I were the manager, both Chandu and Arifa would be fired on the spot for their sheer incompetence and lack of basic courtesy.

This entire experience screams lack of training, zero accountability, and sheer incompetence. Burger King should be embarrassed to have this kind of staff representing their brand. I’ve wasted my time, my patience, and my trust in this place.

Worst experience at this store...The woman who says she is manager, has very rude behaviour...shouting at customers....she is not taking orders of those who question her regarding her behavior. I personally faced this issue too, after I wait there for more than 20 mins. I suggested her to request her upper authorities to provide more staff. This is the reason she shouts at store workers as if she is owning that. Later I asked her to take the order for four times.She didn't take my order and took other orders.The worst lady's behavior is definitely effecting this stores business.More than 15 customers where there, one of them asked to take the order as she was already waiting since 20 mins it seems. The women on counter is very rude at behavior.Every store in the mall are busy , but no employee has this rude behavior. Customers left the counter after the woman shouts at workers. I think this is the reason people who already faced this issue directly suggesting not to visit this store. Worst Experience at...
