Dear Cafe Coffee Day Team,
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue I experienced at your Punjagutta Next Galleria Mall, Hyderabad outlet today, 1st September 2025 around 5:00 PM.
I had ordered a coffee, and while placing the order, the staff did not request payment. Later, when I went to make the payment, the staff member, Ms. Bussa Navaneetha, asked me to transfer the money to her personal mobile number instead of the official billing system.
When I requested a proper bill, she stated that the server was down and initially refused to provide a bill, insisting that all customers were being asked to pay via her personal number. Upon questioning further, she became argumentative and disrespectful. Only after repeated requests and strong insistence did she finally issue me a valid bill, while also requesting me not to raise a complaint.
This raises serious concerns regarding: • Transparency of billing and payment handling • Possible misuse of personal accounts for business transactions • Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards customers
I am attaching the bill details for your reference. I request you to investigate this matter at the earliest and take strict action to ensure such incidents do not recur, as they directly impact customer trust and the reputation of Cafe Coffee Day.

The manager's excuse that they were out of proper glasses to have dine in is just as disappointing as the paper cup itself, which held significantly less quantity. The lack of attention to my order, their dismissive response, and the sheer audacity to serve less in an inferior container left me thoroughly unsatisfied. It's appalling how they managed to ruin a simple order and tarnish the entire visit. The lame excuse for them to run out of glasses is that they had too much crowd, though I see it’s almost empty. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer preferences is truly disappointing. I strongly advise against expecting any kind of quality service from this establishment. My disappointment knows no bounds, and I won't be returning after this disappointing encounter.

As I felt there was something wrong in the billing amount, after paying it I asked for a costumer copy of the bill and found out that they have charged a bill with extra espresso of 52 Rs + 5% GST. This was my second time experience at CCD store with same kind of scam(first was in CCD, Mumbai). When I enquired the employee about the same, they asked me if I need anything else with 52rs or Cash refund by ignoring 5% GST (around 2-3 rs in my case) which I too didn't think off. But if you consider those costumers who don't even look at the bill, Just imagine how much money these people are extracting per day in this country. That is how CCD is fooling people and extracting money from their costumers.
