Burger King — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I love burger king. The food is great, I personally prefer eating here than other fast food chains. But I had a terrible experience here, at this particular branch. I am a regular at this particular branch, the management started to argue with me. When I got my order, I realised that this wasn't what I had ordered, so I asked them if anything could be done like an exchange or not I was fine with anything. But instead a guy came up to me and just kept saying "it's your fault! It's your fault" i tried to leave as I was apologising and he was just taunting me that I should know what I want to eat. It was embarrassing for me, as there was a scene created when there was no need for it. I don't know why did he have to be so rude with me, but the experience for someone who just loves eating burgers everyother day at the same place was simply put traumatizing. I will never ever go to this branch ever again for such poor...

Totally disappointed and annoyed by the poor services of burger King staff and even manager. I have ordered two non veg burger the front of house team said the machine is not working at the moment after confirming with manager it's been working so ordered whoopers combo.. For the drinks again there was no other drinks working said by team. And she is saying to taste the co2 unprepared pepsi to check it's fine or not.. So ridiculously she was asking customer to taste the drink. When I approach manager and said it's yours mistake instead of drink provide me best alternative but he failed to do that. I asked him instead of two pepsi give one cold cofee he failed to that. Because of there poor services there is no other customer in queue. I think this burger King going to be close in sooner or later if they continue the same services...

Himayat Nagar store is not well maintained. *Wash basin drain is block and filled with dirty water. Not all the table are cleaned properly, There are lot of flies in the store All these are not at all expected, and at least in this Covid Times..! Rather you should give confidence to your customers with your hygiene standards.

Burgers are good but range of items in the menu is not being served, They just say its not available! Which is disappointing! Like soft serve ice cream, Lipton ice tea and for some items they say it will take 25 mins.. So that customer don't order certain items and opt for items which will make their job easy... Clever tricks!!! I think staff should me reminded that it's a QSR! And 25 min announcement on a customer face when store is not busy is...
