I recently visited KFC, a restaurant that specializes in serving fried chicken. The restaurant is known for its delicious chicken and its inviting ambiance. However, my experience was not entirely positive as I found the management to be lacking.
Ambiance: The restaurant has a modern and clean décor, with comfortable seating arrangements. The lighting is warm and inviting, and the overall ambiance is cozy and pleasant. The music played in the background was appropriate and not too loud, making it easy to have conversations with friends or family.
Food: KFC is well-known for its fried chicken, and the food did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a flavor that was both savory and delicious. The restaurant offers a variety of sides to complement the chicken, such as coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. The portions were generous, and the food was served hot and fresh.
Service: The service at KFC was satisfactory, with staff members being polite and friendly. However, I found that the staff was not very attentive, and it took a long time for them to take my order. Additionally, my food arrived late, and the staff seemed to be rushing to complete their tasks. This lack of attention and organization was a significant downside to the experience.
Management: The management at KFC was disappointing. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, there was a lack of organization and coordination among the staff. The management did not seem to be monitoring the situation, resulting in delayed service and disorganization. Additionally, there were no attempts made to rectify the situation or to apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customers.
Overall, KFC is a decent restaurant with great food and a pleasant ambiance. However, the poor management detracts from the overall experience. I would recommend this restaurant for its food, but caution customers to be prepared for a potentially chaotic experience due to the management's lack of...
Read moreI would like to get attention of all branch heads of KFC outlets at this issue. As we are INDIANS we would love to have homemade food and when we go out we have tradition food as of are habitual nature. I visited KFC this afternoon and the personnel asked for my order and suggested me to have a better version of that meal I agreed to it but then as I never tried that meal I asked her wether it is a good one or not or you suggest me what to have as It is my first experience. The lady was in turmoil and began to murmur and stammer some words,I felt really sorry for her. The reason for her murmuring and stammering was she actually never tried those meals in her working period or she never got a chance to trie them. A person can only suggest other person to have something or not only when he/she has tried it and as a food chain restaurant all employees must know the taste, ingredients, etc of that restaurant’s food. I request the regional managers to focus on this problem. If employees still haven’t tried the meals and other food items let them do it and gain some knowledge and experience about what they...
Read moreSTAFF needs training on how to handle customer. When I asked about options she showed me self ordering machine which is not working. If a machine is not working then a staff should stand beside the machine and help the customer. The one word answers and casual tone of the staff when customer is facing problem. One customer shouted and said why are u all standing their idle instead of helping. After that the customer leaves angrily and one of the staff was saying he was ordering 1 item and shouting like he was trying to order many items and they were making a joke out of it. Staff is retarded. KFC should recruit staff who come to work not to stand behind the counter to chit chat. Plus proper training should be given to the staff on how to speak to customer when customer doesn't know something about the. And change the self ordering machine if they are not working. Don't ask customer to use...
