Domino's Pizza | Shivaji Nagar, Secunderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I went to this place with my friend and they told us their is waiting for 20 minutes so I looked at menu and i selected paneer capcicum because it was shown as spicy so told my friend to order it and i was waiting for my order and they took around 40-45 to prepare so you expect a nice pizza after our order received we opened it up it had tomato ketchup layer all over it i thought may be other cheese or any spicy sauce layer will be their but no it was just a base with tomato ketchup and some paneer capcicum no cheese ok if cheese is not there i will manage but it should be spicy because you told it that it was spicy but it was sweet because of ketchup. Ketchup is not a layer it an add on but I don't know why they gave it to me and also it was barely hot so think they just reused the order or they are saving some money on layer also one couple had similar problem and they got order replaced but I thought may be my friend have order wrong pizza but after coming out i looked at Domino's official website this pizza didn't even exist then i compare to name of pizza to what it should be and it was not even close.leave cheese it was not having basic spicy sauce layer which gives this pizza it's test it was just tomato ketchup which made it sweet. Absolutely the worst experience we had at this dominos outlet. Had ordered pizza at 1.50 pm . The order was not even delivered after 2 hours . The customer contact number of the location does not work. Since i had already paid for the order . Had to personally visit the outlet to collect the order. To my surprise not only my pizza order but also other online orders were just lying there on the table. They were only serving walkin customers.

Tried to speak to the store manager Mr. Praveen about the delay in the order. He had no proper response. Was talking rudely and carelessly. Mentioned to him about the contact number not working. Tried to call the number in front of him , which obviously did not work. Rather than being apologetic , he asked me to go to consumer court.

Found that i was not alone and there were 2 other customers who came down to collect their orders as well.

Loking at the reviews written below , seems i am not the only customer who has faced the issue.

It is better to close down this outlet rather than spoil the brand of dominos because of store managers like Praveen. Although i love Dominos i promise to never return to this outlet at SD road ...

Not trust worthy. I had been to the store and ordered pizza and waited for an hour but still I didn't get my pizza. I went to the booking section and asked why is it taking time? Now they were saying that there is some inspection going on and they cannot make pizza. I have waited for so long and until I ask they didn't reply. This not only happened for me but for others as well. I have asked them to cancel my order and they said they will cancel it but they asked 30min to do it. I said ok and for safety purpose I have taken the screenshot of the receipt I ordered so that I can check with them if I don't get my money back. I waited for 2 days and called the dominos customer care and said the same. I got reply saying it takes 5 days to get my money back. So I waited for 7 days and yet I didn't get my money. I again called the customer care and shared the order no and details, the support team called the store and verified the details and said the store people will call me within 15 min.
