Enchanté Café & Confectionery — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is a beautiful cafe located in one of the best localities in town. A lovely bunglow now converted into this stunning cafe is just the place you'd want to visit to have a good meal and some of the best desserts around! The ambiance is simple, yet exquisite with a simple palette of colors used throughout and some really great interior decors. Coming over to the food, we loved all the dishes they had to serve, from the starters to the desserts.

Some dishes we'd definitely recommend are:

~ Veg/Chicken Caesar Salad: With fresh veggies and beautifully flavored mayonnaise, this gives a refreshing start to the meal.

~ Mozzarella Sticks: Perfectly cooked, with well balanced flavors serves with tasty dip.

~ Spinach and Cheese Bon Bons: These were really well cooked, being crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavours were good and was a great dish overall.

~ Kung Pav Paneer Sizzler: Tasted quite good, with a tad bit overpowering flavour of garlic. But the paneer was super fresh and soft to bite into, and was the highlight of the dish.

~ Mumbai Masala Risotto: Favourite Savory dish of the day. The rice was cooked to perfection and the flavours were spot on. The dish had a really creamy texture and a balance of cheesy flavour. Absolutely loved this dish.

Coming to the Beverages:

~ Brownie Blast: Favorite drink of the day. The consistency was amazing, just how a milkshake should be. The flavours of the Brownie came out really well, and the tiny chunks of brownie in each sip took the dish up another notch.

~ Crazy Caramel: Another of our favourites from the day. The flavor of the Caramel was perfectly balanced so as to not overpower the coffee flavour. Both the flavours complimented each other really well, and made for an amazing drink.

~ Choco Royal: Regular Chocolate flavored Frappe. Good flavours and consistency.

Coming to the best part of the meal: THE DESSERTS! Each and every dessert they have to offer is simply fabulous. Each being different from the other, with beautiful flavours, bang on textures and a cute presentation. Some of the must haves:

~ Classic Opera Pastry: Layers were well defined and were really delicious!

~ Sour Cheesecake: Nailed the consistency. Super fluffy with a great base and perfect flavours.

~ Banana Pancakes: Loved these tiny pancakes, fluffy in texture and with just the right amount of sweetness.

~ Enchante Chocolate Cake: This is served hot, and oh the way it melts the moment you take a bite of it. Absolutely heavenly!

~ Pinacolada: Super cute dessert shaped into a coconut, with three different layers, each one tasting great.

~ Wild Berry Love: Another dessert with great flavours, with a tangy and sweet Raspberry jelly in the middle.

~ Chocolate Pebble: Another highlight of the day, with an amazing consistency and perfect chocolatey flavour.

~ Swiss Carrot Cake: This is an authentic carrot cake, with some rich spice flavours blended in thr pastry. The pastry has been cooked really well.

Enchanté Café is a 2 floored bungalow turned into a Yacht themed cafe, with it's crazy props and design, it certainly gives a refreshing experience. From cookies to crafted cakes, from pastries to pastas, they serve everything that's made inhouse.

Coming to the menu I had for the day, Started with the drinks: Classic Fudge Chocolate, a hot chocolate drink with a strong fudge flavour. Nutella Hot Chocolate, a classic Nutella flavoured hot chocolate drink. Choco Royal, a chocolate mocktail with a strong flavour of coffee. Crazy Caramel, Caramel flavoured cold coffee based drink. #recommended. Brownie Blast: The best of all, an amazing emulsion of rich Chocolate and brownie. #highlyrecommended Other than this, I've also tasted Cafe mocha, Enchate Latte and Blue Angel which were quite decent.

Food for the Day:

Fish N Chips, a lil spicier than usual .. lovely taste #recommended #musttry Spicy Chicken Bites: lovely texture.. great taste #recommended. Chermoula Chicken: love the flavour, soft in mouth #musttry Mumbai Masala Risotto:Good Desi flavour fusion, great taste #highlyrecommended. Kung Pav Paneer Sizzler: Strong Garlic taste, Paneer was cooked so perfectly #musttry. Spinach and Cheese bon bon: tasted decent, very similar to Hara bhara Kebab. Banana Pancake : Love the taste #recommended.

Desserts:

Best part about the meal, tasted the wide range of these beautifully crafted sweet delights.

Pina colada : Great taste, absolutely heavenly #highlyrecommended. Chocolate Pebble : Amazing Flavour, love the Chocolate dose #highlyrecommended. Enchanté Chocolate Cake : Soft in mouth and tasted amazing. #mustry. Classic Opera : an elegant Chocolate pastry, rich in taste #highlyrecommended. Mango Petite gateaux : Hit of amazing Mango flavour and lovely texture #recommended Raspberry and Pistachio Opera : Rich dose of Berries, very tangy in taste #musttry Swiss Carrot Cake : strong spices, less sweet #rare #musttry. Other than these they serve Tiramisu and Cheesecake which are equally good in taste.

With great ambience and some lovely desserts this place is definitely a must visit for dessert lovers and a highly recommended five star place from my side.

This place is truly a find in the busy neighborhood of Jubilee Hills. This is quite a large property with both indoor and outdoor seating space. If you are going in the evening, then nothing can match the ambience of outdoor seating. This place was truly a surprise. The best part about this is that most of the most of the stuff here is made in-house. This place is great for people living in Madhapur and Jubilee Hills. Last but not the least, the staff are polite and the service is a breeze.

Beverages Tried: Hot Chocolate: On par with the ones you get at other places. Choco Royal Shake: This was topped by whipped cream and choco chips which made it a delight to have. Crazy Caramel: The shake was a little bland. Was expecting it to be a little more tasty. Brownie Blast: Nothing can go wrong with the brownie inside. This one is recommended.

Food tried: Caesar Salad: Although the ingredients could have been more, still the taste more than made up for it. Nachos: Nachos is my all time favorite thing to have. This one was topped with whipped cream which made it even more enticing. Paneer Sizzler: Although extremely hot, this was truly a delight with the right amount of flavors. Spinach and Con Bonbons: The flavors were good and this was cooked really well. Mozzarella sticks: As the name suggest, these were extremely cheese and would entice any cheese lover. Mumbai Masala Risotto: This was the highlight of the evening. Highly recommended. This was extremely creamy with the right amount of spices.

This place is a heaven for dessert lovers. Some of the ones I tried includes: Opera Cake: This layered cake is a must try. The top layer of chocolate gave it a rich taste. Pina Colada: This coconut shaped cake has rum inside and coconut on the outer layer. Tiramisu: Another multilayered cake which is a must try here. Swiss Carrot Cake: This was something different and interesting. The addition of spices gives it a very different taste. Enchante Chocolate Cake: Another must try stuff. This was baked really well and had great consistency.

All in all, this was one of the best cafes I visited in Hyderabad. Would definitely visit again to try more of...
