Some 15-20 years ago, India was completely unaware of the ‘cafe culture’ which is primarily a way of life in the west. Today the scenario has changed drastically. In spite of India being a tea-drinking nation, it has accepted the cafe culture really well. There is no denying the fact that changes in lifestyle in urban India has given a stimulus to the cafe culture in the country. The changes can be attributed towards the growing influence of globalisation in parts of the country & moreover this isn't just restricted to the metros of India but has made its way to Tier-2 & 3 cities as well. Today cafes have emerged as hubs for students & corporates alike. Moreover, these places are being chosen by many for romantic rendezvous as well as for business parleys. Cravery, a new entrant in the Cafe space in the city of Hyderabad, is situated on the bustling lane of Rd No. 78 in Film Nagar, a quaint little cafe with lush greenery overlooking the seating space outside as well as the pink pastels all over the walls decked with cute frames which absolutely puts up a great contemporary look. The concept of Cravery dates back to few years wherein the owners were fulltime into the food catering business in Hyderabad & they decided to bring upon contemporary fusion food to the table yet keeping the touch of local ingredients intact. This place opened before lockdown, however, they are open & safe for Dine-in considering the prevailing pandemic situation. Coming to the food, the menu is surely where you will be spoilt for choices as the entire array is amazing. We started off the fare with some creamy Brocolli Almond soup which was velvety, delicious, protein-packed and absolutely filling to our tummy. From the salad bowls, Ceaser Salad & Three Leaf Apple Walnut, the wherein latter one was studded with lettuce and almonds which looked extremely appetising with a sweet & tangy sauce drizzled to compliment the taste buds. Even the Pulled Cheese Garlic bread & Mac N Cheese deserve a mention, the in-house cheese garlic bread stuffed with mozzarella cheese and coated in herb butter did wonder to our palate, Mac N Cheese which they call it as Cheese Factory is indeed a heavenly delight at the first bite for all cheese lovers out there. Next up from the appetizers were, Chicken Cotton Blue, Fish n Chips, Oriental 5 spice chicken, I would say Chicken Cotton Blue is truly a great rendition of the ever classic Roulade, however this one just upp'ed the benchmark. The marination of multiple Asian spices blended into an entire chicken piece truly was ana amazing dish to hog on, a recommended one for larger groups. Do try out their Fish N Chips as this dish has been modernized to give an authentic Indian touch as compared to a classic Britain Fisn N chips serving, as I was also surprised at the first sight. From the Panzas, wherein it is a fermented sourdough filled with choice of filling, we opted in Nawabi Paneer Panza, just the apt texture & crisp crust of the bread accompanied with a great filling. Even Chic-o-Fillet Brioche is one such dish which is a recommended pick from the menu, a brioche topped with a garden salad and Japanese Chicken Katsu and drizzled with spicy mayo just the aptly balance off the various taste notes.
From the mains, I absolutely loved Creamy Mushroom Rice bowl, a bed of flavourful rice served with a creamy mushroom with pepper and broccoli along with other aromatic spices. Onto the desserts, I tried their Obsessive Chocolate Disorder Sundae & Blueberry Cheesecake, the sundae had the freshly baked cakes with various fruit toppings, molten hot sauce over the entire spread, a hearty dish for all the sweet tooth out there. Also do try out the Blueberry Cheesecake as the all the ingredients are prepared in-house hence the taste was really different than the ones available out there. Overall, Cravery is one such place which has all ticks checked for a place that can be truly called as a laid-back place for your Afternoon meals or Evening suppers with your friends or...

Talking about the food:
Three leaf apple walnut salad: It's one of the best fresh salads I had in recent times. The taste was so good on-point flavors as the leafy veggies have got their own soft and crunchy texture but the crunch from fresh thin-sliced apple and chopped walnuts are the next level of taste. The sweet and tangy salad dressing gave the salad the perfect taste and flavor that it requires.
Quinoa Salad: The dish was nicely plated in layers the bottom layer contains finely chopped beetroot on a top-placed quinoa salad with beautiful decoration green and yellow thin-sliced zucchini rolls and with some droplets of sweet red dressing across the plate. The taste was superb not only it satisfies the eyesight but also soothes the soul with its taste and texture.
Mozzarella Sticks: These mozzarella sticks were so delicious and so damn cheesy that it has long stretchy cheese pulls too gooey and hot to eat. It was served with tangy mayo which was enhancing the damn taste to the next level.
Sriracha Wings(Baked): The wings were perfectly coated with sriracha sauce that the flavors were well inside the bones and the meat was so tendered and succulent easily coming out of the bone. The after-taste of the wings was the best as slowly the heat of the sriracha hits from your lips to tongue make to crave for more and more wings to eat.
Brekkie Brioche: Another star dish from the menu that blown me with the taste and texture of it. The bread was perfectly toasted it was neither too crunchy nor too soft but just perfectly made. Then the chicken sliced were perfectly cooked in spices which so juicy enough for each bite placed on atop fresh and crunchy lettuce leaf and on the top sunny side up egg made it damn creamy and gooey in taste for every bite you have it.
Blueberry Brioche: After having such delicious savory brioche I was quite perplexed to try the sweet version but in the end, I was happy to try it. So, here we have again the same perfect bread slice topped with delicious blueberry compote which has a very tiny piece of fruit hard to find on a very rare occasion you might get to bite it, but I can guarantee that bite will be your best bite with fresh whipped cream on the top.
Roast Chicken with mashed potato: This dish is a complete one meal for two-person the amount of food being served on this plate is quite huge. The chicken was perfectly cooked as the spices were well infused and those baked veggies giving the crunch texture to the dish which was fantastic and if you mix mashed potatoes with that the taste will superbly damn good and amazing as it will have the thick gravy flavor made out of roasted chicken spices.
Beverages: As it's a café they have a long list of drinks menu to choose from one or some of them, so I have a couple of items from the menu they all were amazing. Starting with I have ordered a cappuccino, chocolate-based cold coffee, Caramel cold coffee, and Burnt Rosemary mocktail.
Desserts: This café is one of the best places in Hyderabad that serves you some delicious desserts and their option in desserts are heaven you cannot settle with one dessert. Starting with their mini cakes the options were quite amazing I thought of having all from the display itself, but I had to control and ordered just one from it. The Café supreme was so delicious and creamy in texture it was finished just in a couple of seconds. Then came mille-feuille and some brownies and Blondie these were so good and mind-blowing desserts that I would love to...
