Flying Beans Cafe and Bistro Film Nagar — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I loved the staff and service there. I asked for something they needed to do extra than the menu item and they did it fantastically. Place is vibrant and located very conveniently. I love being there.

I would like to put an update: About 6 weeks back, we got to know that opening time of this cafe is set to 11am, it used to be 10am earlier. I always visit the place for business meetings along with few other associates. Some of us used to reach the place little early. Even though it opens at 10am, we used to sit in the outside sitting area at around 9:30am. There was no hassles.

Since the time is changed to 11am, and security staff also is changed, we tried adjusting our timing. Yet, some of us reached the venue around 10:30am. But, the new security staff is really rude and misbehaves. Not sure, if that's the management instruction, but one can recognise regularly visiting people and be polite, at least.

Right now, I am not too interested to visit the place as one of my team members, a lady, was not well treated when she reached little early. I am downgrading...

Two years back Flying Beans was one of my go to places in Filmnagar, however the standard has been on a steady decline, in terms of taste, speed of service and availability of items on menu and ambiance. I don't plan on returning after my last visit (a few weeks back). We ordered 3 basic items (grilled sandwich, omelette and pasta) which took longer than 45 minutes to be delivered. The sandwich was over grilled/burnt, however the pasta and omelette were okay. Their credit card machine did not work and the only way I could pay was either cash or Google pay. They have a great location, if only they work on quicker/more efficient service, better tasting food and adding back the board games they used to have, it would be a nice place...

Totally disappointed with this place. The cafe looks completely disorganised. I'm not sure if it's only me but I'm actually surprised by the reviews given for this cafe. I visited this place in the evening and there were so many mosquitos in the outdoor area so we'd shifted indoor and to my agony there were even more of these little insects in the indoor area(mind you this seating is air-conditioned and the staff had no clue what they were doing. I may have visited at the wrong time but this is real bad. The food was okay (I ordered white sauce pasta and cafe mocha) and not the hype. The outdoors look beautiful though which deceived me maybe :) I hope these guys improve...
