Haldiram's at Madhapur exudes an unpretentious charm, albeit adorned with mildly pleasant decor, accentuated by bright lighting. The self-service model runs like a well-oiled machine, with a team of courteous cashiers and staff adding warmth to the experience. Opting for a weekday visit ensured a respite from the bustling crowds that often dominate Sunday lunch hours. Nevertheless, the efficient service team ensured that orders whisked their way to our table with minimal wait time.

The expansive menu teased my taste buds with an enchanting array of both North and South Indian delicacies. From the zesty Chhole Bhature and exquisitely crafted Dosa to the soul-comforting Idli and indulgent Raj Kachori, each dish exemplified culinary excellence in its own right. One particular star was the velvety Dal Makhni, adorned with a symphony of flavors that lingered on the palate.

Not to be outshined, the sweet selection showcased an irresistible collection of traditional Bengali sweets. Each morsel was a sweet symphony that tugged at the heartstrings, bearing testimony to Haldiram's mastery in crafting dessert wonders.

A compelling aspect of Haldiram's is undoubtedly its commendable value for money, making it an alluring destination for culinary enthusiasts. However, there lies a slight room for improvement. The restaurant's reliance on high-end bottled water, with options limited to bottles worth INR 70 per 750 ml, might benefit from offering alternative water choices, such as filtered or purified water, to appease eco-conscious patrons.

In conclusion, Haldiram's at Madhapur promises an unforgettable culinary journey through its tantalizing offerings and swift service. The menu caters to an array of palates, leaving diners satiated and content. While minor improvements could further elevate the dining experience, the restaurant's allure remains undeniably irresistible for anyone seeking a gratifying taste of...

Horrible Service & Tasteless Food – Avoid This Haldiram Branch!

I’ve always trusted Haldiram for quick service and consistent quality, but my visit yesterday was a nightmare. This location is a disgrace to the Haldiram name, and I would advise everyone to avoid it at all costs.

First, the service was a complete disaster. Haldiram operates on a self-service system where you receive a number when you place your order, and your food is announced when it’s ready. I was assigned number 345. But instead of preparing orders in sequence, the staff prioritized making whatever was easier for them! So, while I waited and heard numbers like 346, 347, and even 349 being called, my order was nowhere in sight. Frustrated, I went to the counter to inquire, only to be met with a rude response. The person preparing the food, with an infuriatingly dismissive tone, simply said, “Sir, bana rahe hain na,” as if I should be grateful for their lack of organization. The attitude was so entitled, it felt like they thought they were doing me a favor.

When my food eventually arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The taste was far below Haldiram’s usual standards – bland and completely uninspired. It felt like I had wasted my time and money. I’ve had better food from street vendors.

If you’re looking for the consistent, quality experience that Haldiram is known for, don’t waste your time here. This location is poorly managed, the staff is rude, and the food doesn’t even come close to what you’d expect. Absolutely...

Dining Experience at a Restaurant

Food Review • Had visited here for 1st first time. • Tried their Wheat Chole Bature, Panneer Butter Masala Rice bowl and Raj Kachori. • All 3 items were good in taste but the rice bowl was sweetish, could be been a little spice. • Most of the people were having chole bature. • Purchased their frozen Panneer Tikka and chilli panner wraps; I have to try them and see how they taste. • Their pineapple pastry was also good.

Service and Ambiance • I felt the prices are little high. • Their systems were not working at that time and I had to wait for 15-20 mins in line even for a single item as they were writing the bill manually, which was irritating and frustrating, because they were writing it slowly, they had to check for the price, mention it and then make the total in a calculator.

Additional Information • It is all self service. • Parking was also available when I visited. • It is located in Hi-Tech city. • Ambience ambiance is also good.

Areas for Improvement • Service wise I will say it is not up to the mark and they need to improve a lot, whoever were doing the packing for other items purchase were doing it slow. • It was not that only limited staff were available at that time. There were plenty of them, I believe more than enough but only 1 person was writing the bills.

Overall Recommendation • Overall, it is a...

Service:3/5 They should have people to serve the food because this place is highly crowded. The behavior of the persons on the counter is also not good. They don't speak politely. Feels like they are doing us a favour by selling food. Ambience: 3/5 Should have been more spacious as they are expected to be crowded most of the times. Food:4/5 Chole Bhature:2/5 I felt this is the most hyped dish of Haldirams. By writing chole in the dish, they actually had to serve 'chickpeas' but they served kala chana. I didn't like the same because there was more of gravy than the chana. Pickle served with it was awesome. Matka jhatka:4/5 Quite refreshing buttermilk with enhanced flavour of black salt. Raj kachori:5/5 This is the best Raj kachori I ever had in my life. The richness of curd and the flavours of chutneys makes it the best dish. Must tryyyy!!! Palak Roll:2/5 The filling in it felt like a mixture of besan, palak puree, salt and nothing else. Not recommended Paneer tikka Sandwich: 3/5 Had a thick layer of aloo stuff so it dominated the taste even though it had alot of paneer. It was okay-ish. Gulab Jamun:5/5 Star of the evening! It just melts in your mouth! You have to have to have to try this! It's the best!
