Hello Karachi Bakery of Salarpuria Sattva,
I would like to know about the business model here that you are operating. Is it to demean the customer, then make them feel poor and insult them so that with too much of ego and self respect a customer purchase from your shop?? I really want to know it. The staff behaviour is too much rude, it's pathetic, sorry for my harsh words. But it's truth. After so many instances I am bound to put the review here. We are working in that building so it's a daily commute for us to have something or there from Karachi. If you are taking advantage of the monopolistic culture then it's not comfortable and great customer approach. I know it will not Matter a lot if you loose 1 or 2 customer , you have become honchos in your industry by this amputee customer service. Please make sure the staff behaviour is top notch, because it's a service based industry. Customer is paying you so respect that. I am very disappointed by this...
Read moreNew issue, they keep increasing tea prices frequently, their chai is not even worth paying 10 rupees, they charge 50 rupees and the billing desk guys doesn't have manners, basic ethics. I went to take tea, there is no network for us at the billing desk or anywhere around to do a UPI payment, when i gave cash, they say we don't take cash, when I said that I have a problem, they say what should we do ???? In a very very rude way. I felt they are least borthered about customers and I felt the service is like third grade wine shops. One should do business with some basic ethics, we are paying them and they don't even borther about these, they don't have any curtecy towards customers. They just treat customers as sheeps.
Finally I asked them to have their own chai and be happy and left the place.
Old review - I went to Karachi Bakery at Sattava Building, it is worst in terms of food hygien...

From French macaroons to garlic rusk toasts, this place is constantly adding and experimenting with new flavours and skus in its inventory and it is a trip every visit to this store to see what new fare has been added to be sampled and repeated.
