I recently visited Samskruthi Hotel in Hyderabad, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel has a warm and welcoming ambiance, especially with its newly renovated space. The updated décor gives a fresh and modern feel while still retaining a homely touch that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step in.
One of the standout features of Samskruthi Hotel is the food. If you're someone who appreciates authentic home-style meals, this is the place to be. Their dishes, especially the vegetarian options, taste just like a hearty meal made at home, with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. The highlight for me was their Biryani. Hyderabad is famous for its Biryani, and Samskruthi lives up to the reputation. It was flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly cooked – definitely a must-try!
However, I have to mention that the service could use some improvement. While the staff is friendly and polite, the speed and attentiveness could be better. There were times when I had to wait longer than expected to place an order or get a request fulfilled. It's not a deal-breaker, but with a little more efficiency, the dining experience would be even better.
Overall, Samskruthi Hotel offers a delightful mix of tasty home-style food, an impressive Biryani, and a nicely renovated environment. If they can work on their service, it would easily be a...
Read moreFirst of all its on left side street to the flyover of kondapur. And when you went to the street it will be on right side with parking for bikes upto 10. No car parking and all. Then coming to the hotel you have to buy token first, where the price ranges from 150 to 200. And it's a buffet like food, it's self service. A water bottle of 500ml will be given to you. And coming to the food rice, ragi ball, sambar, and same boring snake guard (potlakaya in telugu) and some other mixed food will be available there. In Hyderabad every hotel will have the same variety of curries. I personally don't recommend here because here apart from ragi ball nothing seems to spl for me. And after eating food you have to keep the plates and leaves separately into the bins they placed at the corner of the room where you dine. And at the outside of the room you will find sink where you can wash your hands but there stinks the urinals. With family there you cannot stay more than a minute. That's all I find here. I don't like it very much here for this price range for 200 per person. There are many hotels where you find better food at these range. I don't like it here, it's my personal opinion and it's all upto you. Thanks for taking time to read...
Read moreUpdate - 1/5 (October 2022): The Cashier (probably the owner of this restaurant) seem to not have any respect for his customers. Today I came here for getting a parcel of Ragi Sangati. There is no one else in queue at the Cash Desk other than me. I requested the cashier for the parcel, he looks at me with a smile-less face and does not respond. He goes somewhere and comes back and again I asked him that I want Ragi Sangati, again no response and same expression from him. Again I asked him and he looks at me smile-lessly, leaves again without a word and does not care.
If he says they aren't left with any Ragi Sangati, its fine. If he says it takes some time to parcel it, it's fine. Making someone wait at the desk with no response is disrespectful to them and arrogant. Don't do a restaurant business if you don't know how to behave with your customers.
Old Review - 4/5 (September 2022): They have a really good Buffet Menu with a wonderful Ragi Sangati, Ulavachaaru and Majjiga Pulusu. However I didn't like their Chapatis. The Veg Buffet meal costed ₹130/- during the night and ₹150 during the afternoon.
The packed curries are really good, tasty...
