HOTEL SHANBHAG SAMARTH — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Shanbhag hotel is one of the reputed hotels from years. However the mgmt should think about the change to stay for years in competition. Issues : The printer is not working , you need to wait to complete check in process. Common .. you are charging a good amount where you can purchase a good printer Only 1 500ml water bottle is provided when you book a suite room for 3 people ( they also charge extra for extra person , however not ready to provide water ) Rooms cleanliness is good.. however all the furniture is too old and smell .. I even not dare to open the wardrobe .. all the furniture is too old visually Bathrooms need a maintenance Towel - I found only one towel ( remember - hotel is charging amount in suite -- the reason provided - PLease adjust, towels will be provided in the evening ( why cant they adjust extra amount charged ? for such a basic facility ? Parking - HOrrible parking .. looks like you are entering into caves.. the Security person is not ready to get up and tell a person coming from outside.. the -2 parking is full of dust .. water leakage and not recommended to enter with family .. better to ask them to get down at -1 level .. suffocative place

Goodness: Family restaurant Location - easy to find and reach to many places in city Breakfast - The Only positive thing I found.. very good delicious tasty breakfast ... to heavy .. I skipped my lunch :D Food : I tried biryani ... mix veg.. No doubt .. good taste The hotel is just at ground floor and very convenient

So I was here with my family and some guests as they have been telling so much on how it was one of the best places to go and dine back in time. Little did I know that I was about to spoil all of it. We stepped in to the dining area and see that there was dim lighting and one of them happened to go occupy the free table later looking down, the whole floor was a mess. Felt puking. Spoke to the staff and yeah they had to clean painfully. Later we ordered Onion Rawa Masala Dosa and Manchuria. Got the dosa to half the portion of what we might possibly get in any tiffin center where the masala was given seperately in a bowl (Where they had to miss the bowls for few of us untill we asked for which the waiter forgets to get). Well we had to cancel other orders that were yet to come and we left.

🔴 0 Hygiene in dining space, God knows how it is in the kitchen. 🔴 Costly food with no worth. 🔴 Service is not the same.

There are so many flaws in this restaurant that I don't know from where to start.To begin with , you will have no one to attend to you to take your order .You will have to call the waiter who was in his own dream world repeatedly to take your order.Once you place your order , it will take your entire life for the food to reach the table.Finally when the food arrives , you see that it is served on cheap cracked plastic cutlery and food is so spicy and has no flavour to it.All you can taste is the chillies .And , Anything you need will not be attended to immediately.The staff doesn't even care.They sull for asking for extra plates .Such a shame for a hotel so big.And finally before you pay the bill , the wait is so long that the food you ate would have been half digested.The staff are so arrogant and never attend to customers.Such disgusting food and lowly customer service.Well , The prices are so high for such pathetic food and service.Never visit Shanbagh and get fooled.Trust my review.Had a very...
