Indian Red Chillies — Restaurant in Hyderabad

We have organised a party at this restaurant, which also runs a function hall, on the occasion of 1st birthday of my brother's daughter. The party was scheduled at 7:00 pm. The roof of the function hall was leaky. The staff kept on removing the water on the floor. There was also a power cut and they didn't even arrange a connection from a generator for this function hall while their regular restaurant was powered by a generator. They did this, because the operation of generator is costly and they anyways will get the payment from us. After quarrelling with the staff, they could arrange the generator connection at 8:30. However the connection was quite intermittent. We had to face serious frustration till the regular power was restored at 10 pm. However, luckily every guest was of understanding nature so we had a nice time. We paid Rs. 33000 for 100 guests (cost is proportional to the number of guests) towards dinner. Snacks & Food is Bit expensive & service is very slow. We ordered Chicken Dum Biryani. After 35mins they came & said Dum Biryani was finished & only Fried Piece Biryani is available & it's almost closing when we got that reply. Y the hell they took more than 30mins to say that our order was not available. Even their Cash Payment machines was not working properly. They tied 3 times to conform the payment on 2 machines to confirm the payment. After two times they are asking is there any chance of paying bill with Cash as their machine is having problem. Where should we go in that odd time (around 11:50pm) get cash from ATM's. Only thing that Satisfy us is Alcohol.., which was not...

Worst service at bar (top floor) Waiters are useless, they behave as if they are owners. If you order anything, they will serve when they wish to serve, they keep you in wait like more than 30 minutes for first order even a beer also which is available at refrigerator but they do time pass in front of you & don't bring beer, they keep you in waiting.. you have to shout on them, then only they bring. Prices also very high, ac not at all good, you'll feel sweaty.. Trust me bro, if you want to loose lots of time like get served one hour for every order even for water bottle they take 1 hour, if you have that much waiting patience then only go, otherwise choose...
