Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani-KPHB — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The WORST restaurant that I have been to in Hyderabad till date. Went with family of 6 members. I have ordered 2 starters and the taste is too bad and they were very hard to eat. But I was compromised thinking the pot biryani will be good, but to my surprise it was way too bad than the starters. They were literally serving food from afternoon for dinner. I have ordered mutton pot biryani family pack and it was too cold that they took the rice from the fridge it seems and then kept it aside for few minutes for it to come to normal temperature, then served it. when I asked about the same they are saying it was kept for 2 minutes on the table and hence it was not hot. But the thing is they served the biryani just in seconds after he brought to the table. while having the discussion the lady who is managing the restaurant at the time came to our table and she is arguing with us stating it was brought directly from the pot to table. she was least bothered about the customer experience. she speaks very harshly as if she is serving the food for free. Then some other person came and he convinced that he will replace only the rice. Then biryani rice came in 5 minutes and it was hot. I have asked them to wait for 2 minutes as they said the previous order became cold since it was kept aside for 2 minutes. Now the rice was served after 5 minutes and it was hot then. This is how they are earning money which is not at all a good thing as they are not serving fresh food but manipulating and arguing with customers. very worst experience. I will never ever go to this...

Over hyped Kunda - Super Normal Kunda andi !!

Super Pricy and not worth at all, we went to try three types of Biryanis here and ended up going to Sri Kanya near by and had good food seriously!

Super normal restaurant- we have ordered Special Kunda Biryani Single and the taste was so okay that you can get the same taste from any normal road side biryani point these days actually. Jus normal biryani rice with 4 pieces of chicken fry and a Dum chicken piece. It’s over hyped and pricy - 330 Rupees. We thought of starting with this and go from there if we liked it but our trials were in vain.

There are many places around guys! I mean it’s a normal Biryani and the place is tiny too. Owners were right at the front observing everything but the service was too slow and they’re confused about the items they serve. Really disappointed. We came from So long to try this place and it’s not worth coming is what we really felt. Ambiance is normal too. Basic setup and Basic food!! Appreciate owners efforts of taking care of the place but they need work on food ! Food bloggers on instagram created hype and this will not long last if they don’t work on...

Worst experience Ever.. Food tastes yukk.... They providing fried rice in the name of biryanis and price is very HIGH.

You ordered any biryani (veg or non veg) rice remains same. Only add-ons will be different for veg and non veg. Even pot biryani also same. We ordered 1.pot biryani double masala , We got plain rice with 2 dirty chicken pieces and 2. Wings Biryani which is worst biryani in my life, wings are not properly cooked, rice is cold and we asked for replacement and they took our plates and heated in a pan and provided the same which is even more yukk.. We ordered chicken roast biryani but they have provided legs that to with gravy which are over cooked and can't even eat that 4.Kaju Paneer biryani,but we got fried rice and they saying that it is biryani only.

Worst service and worst Management

P.S - Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy, peace of mind will be gone with management response, u can't eat well and u can't feel well.
