Disappointing Experience – Oily and Tasteless Food
I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I ordered Paneer Majestic and Avakaya Veg Biryani, both of which turned out to be a letdown.
The Paneer Majestic was excessively oily, making it heavy and unappetizing. The flavors were bland, and the paneer itself lacked freshness. Instead of the rich, mildly spiced taste I expected, it was just an overwhelming oiliness with no real flavor balance.
The Avakaya Veg Biryani, which I hoped would have a good kick of traditional Andhra flavors, was equally disappointing. The biryani was drenched in oil, making it hard to enjoy. The spice mix didn’t blend well, and the dish lacked the punchy, tangy essence that Avakaya biryani is supposed to have. Instead, it tasted more like a greasy, poorly prepared pulao.

The food stole the show with its exceptional taste and variety. Each dish was prepared to perfection, leaving our guests raving about the flavors long after the event. From starters to desserts, every item on the menu was a delight. The service was equally commendable, courteous, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a smooth experience throughout.
Chaitanya Food Court truly exceeded our expectations, making the celebration a memorable one for everyone. A heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their outstanding efforts in making the day so special! Highly recommended for any...
Read moreOn 16th July 2025, my friend and I visited Chaitanya Food Court (GPR), Nizampet branch and taken Chicken Fry Piece and Dum Biryani parcels. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The biryani was undercooked, extremely oily, and tasted more like plain colored rice with no authentic biryani flavor. It was honestly one of the worst experiences, and I’m surprised how this restaurant has a 4.5-star rating. We spent ₹450 per regular biryani, which felt like a complete waste—I've had far better biryani from simple roadside stalls.
