Say that I and my companion visited your outlet on 01/11/2025 after viewing the google reviews.
I reached your outlet at Kukatpally at about 10 pm, since my companion is a vegetarian, I was exploring possible dish for her, the captain who was assign to my table had no clue what he can serve and instead to co-oporating he was in a stated that "mera time mat waste karo" as we took approx 45 seconds to finalize vegetarian option. The behavior of the captian was not welcoming.
In my view customer is the one who decides to spend his time at a particular outlet to get a good experience, but at your outlet customer should keep in mind the time of the captain first. I feel you should put this on your notice board as well.
The captain of a restaurant are the send point of contact who represents the restaurant and they can make or break the image of the restaurant, if they fail to do so, then even if the chef gives the best taste, its of no use if customers prefers to stop visiting and spending their time.
I say that such a act is not acceptable from a restaurant claming to be in the industry from past 25 years. The service staff were more polite and understanding then the captain.
I am in a view that if you want to maintain your standards then you should send your captain for BASIC TRANING, ON THE TOPICS OF WHAT CAN YOU SERVE AND HOW TO BEHAVE with the customer who walks in.
Save and accept before parting ways, I will not recommend anyone to visit ur outlet at Kukatpally as the captain at this outlet has no value for customer as he is only concerned for his own time. This certainly show case incompetency of captain.
I feel people of Kukatpally are kind hearted, under that circumstances I would rather recommend them, to come at your outlet with a condition that they, pre decide the menue prior to even step in and should place order within 30 seconds as the time of your captain is precious on account of their capabilities and incompetence to even explain what the outlet can serve.
Under that circumstances, I rather request future customers to go to a start up restaurant or a street food outlet who have hunger to deliver or a outlet on street who values the time of their customer and who has knowledge what they can serve.
You may take this review seriously only if you value feedbacks and if you feel to improve, otherwise you can also join your captain and save ur time by closing Your Kukatpally outlet.
You may chose to delete this review if you don't appreciate geniune feedback, my intentions are not to defame you or put you down, I hope your staff can be...

Read moreReview about special pista house chicken dry fruit shawarma.
I recently tried the special pista house chicken dry fruit shawarma and I have to say, it was a huge disappointment. Not only was it overrated, but it was also overpriced. The name itself doesn't make any sense and the taste was nothing special.
I have had shawarmas from lower-end hotels that maintain better standards and taste than this one. The mayonnaise used in this shawarma was the worst I have ever tasted. It was more like a veg vegetable oil and it made my stomach feel uneasy. I couldn't believe that a restaurant would use such low-quality mayonnaise in their dishes.
Although the shawarma was huge in size, it was not worth the price at all. I would not recommend anyone to eat or even try this shawarma. You can easily find better-tasting shawarmas with better quality ingredients outside.
To add to that, mayonnaise is not something that should be consumed in large quantities due to health reasons. This restaurant's mayonnaise is surely not effective in a positive way for health. It's disappointing to see a restaurant compromising on the quality of their ingredients.
In conclusion, the special pista house chicken dry fruit shawarma was a complete letdown. It was overrated, overpriced, and the taste was subpar. Even the place is not clean to stand & eat,I would not recommend anyone to try this and I certainly won't be eating it again. Restaurants should focus on maintaining high-quality standards and using better ingredients rather than just relying...
