The food we ordered was tasty and spicy. The place here is a bit congested and plain. The concept of ragi plates with banana leaf in it and ragi glasses for sure 🫰👌🫶 , we ordered chicken lollypop(perfectoo), natu Kodi Mandi biryani (spicy queen)and pot chicken biryani ( good). Overall good food and service. I went along with my friends. we ordered raya sangati with mutton curry which served very fast. taste of food is too nice. restaurant environment also seems nice, as served all utensils of copper made. we ordered starters biryani and all. the bill at last which we got also so less when compared to other hotels. As this restaurant is located in the place which is accessible from every hook and corner of the city I would like everyone to visit this once. The hospitality they provided was good. The food they prepared was good mostly the Andhra Rayalaseema dish Ragi Sangati ( Ragi muddha) is awesome. The restaurant has one more speciality they also provide "Natu kodi pulusu"this is also an awesome dish as told by my friends. I have ordered Vegetable biryani and it also tasted good. The ambience inside the restaurant is pleasant and enjoyable. Please visit this restaurant once and don't forget to place an order for Ragi mudha and natu kodi pulusu. The worst experience with Khairathabad branch. They dont know how to speak with customers. I have ordered the chicken curry. In that curry , not only chicken peices but also Sponge peices. No manager at restaurant. I asked him to come he said that he was in Ameerpet . And the restaurant was in Kharathabad. Travelling time is maximum 10 mins. I have waited for him half an hour. And after that again i asked the supervisor. They said that he won't come. They were trying to push me out side of the restaurant. I didnt discuss about money that i will not paid the bill. Last night dinner at Kritunga, Model House was quite a disappointing one. We ordered their special Rayalaseema chicken fry which had pre-made paste tossed with chicken chunks. I agree most of the restaurants might keep the mix ready to speed up the service, but it wasn't even blended right. And then we were looking out for their pulavs but none of it was available yesterday and tried kunda biryani. While the rice was moist enough and quality of vasati used could be felt in every bite, what went off is their mix of masala. There was some unpleasant ingredient which dominated the whole taste and even couldn't enjoy the spiciness it had. I won't mind spiciness to its highest level, given it had taste. But it did not have enough taste to enjoy the dish. The only hope of Kritunga was their mother branch and when I was told their cook is changed and hence change in taste, then I guess I will have to hang my expectations there and leave.
