KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

KFC outlet at PVR Central Mall was too good. Me and my friends have been to multiple other outlets at Kukatpally, Moosapet, Raj Bhavan Road, Madhapur and many more where and all our experience has been bad with regard to food quality and hygiene. We were even refused to be served with regard to items not been available individually apart from the combo offers. But here at this outlet Manisha and Team has been very good at the service, the area was maintained much more hygenically and the food was really good. I had a very bad experience in terms of service. Mistakenly I got the wrong order the order taker was helpful but the other person started showing irritation to me his name was Girjesh and I got the order after 35mins that too wrong. Girjesh again came to deliver the rice bowl but didn't get spoon with it. When i asked for spoon from the other person his name was Sai... He told me to get it from the reception he won't be able to deliver at the table... ohh that's great... Had a horrible experience regret that we went...

Service is one of worst I was standing from last 25 mins even they are not responding me ask asked them but they are ignoring me one of the waste and worst service I have ever seen in my life even they don't have how to talk with customer one of the girl was taking with rude with me how can they talk with customer like this I don't why they hire this kinds of staffs even I didn't want to give 0 start also for this even they can't make from last 30mins just a popcorn how they serve others I kindly suggest...
