The worst ever experience with billing counter staff! She's over talkative. Doesn't bother to receive our own order. Instead she keeps on suggesting something else in the name of 'offer'. Though I said that I am not interested in any offer and asked her to take the order, she again suggested something else in the name of some other offer.
Due to the severe irritation caused by such behavior of hers, I ended up ordering something which didn't suit my taste buds. I thought of ordering a Chicken Zinger Burger. She billed a Chicken Longer which doesn't have any lettuce or sauce except for a dry piece of chicken which is half the size of the bread.
Even more disgusting experience is when it comes to the payment part. She asked the customer in front of me in the queue to add some amount towards donation for charity. He denied. She repeated the same question as if she didn't hear him. The customer next to me also denied adding up some money for charity. His bill amount was Rs. 410/- and he gave a 500 rupee note and a ten rupee note. Flashing the 10 rupee note, she questioned him "Is this 10 rupees for charity sir?" By then he too was vexed up with her questions and suggestions while receiving his order and so he frowned at her saying "too many unnecessary questions".
Such behavior of her coupled with her facial expressions leaves a very disgusting experience in the minds of the customers.

Read moreLast night, I visited this KFC outlet with my family, and it was a very disappointing experience.
The service was terrible. After placing our order, I asked the staff to clean our table. Despite waiting for quite a while, no one cleaned it. Only after I received the food did one staff member come and remove the used covers from the table. When I pointed out food waste still there, he realized it only then and used tissue paper to wipe it — not at all hygienic.
Other tables in the restaurant were also dirty. There was a spilled drink on one of the tables that had been there even before we entered, and it remained untouched during our entire visit. The entire place lacked basic cleanliness and hygiene.
To make it worse, while we were eating, we decided to order something more. I went to the counter, but the staff rudely insisted I use the self-ordering kiosk. If the regular counter isn’t functional, the staff should inform customers politely. Instead, they just said, "We only accept self-orders." Because of this poor attitude, I canceled my order and left.

Read moreI took my team for a treat and we ordered for the Ultimate Savings Bucket, Grilled Chicken Biryani Bucket, Classic Zinger Box Meal, and a Regular Pepsi. The lady at the counter missed 2 items completly Classic Zinger Box and Regular Pepsi and said this is your order. I asked her to walk me through the itemized bill and confirm then she went to get the Zinger Box and pepsi. Again she missed the wings in the Zinger Box. I have to reminder her the no of items in classic zinger box. Not even an apolozige for messing up half the order and twice. With ultimate saving bucket you will get 2 dips which were awesome but too less in quantity to suffice the leg pieces in the bucket. When we asked if we can get the regular ketchup sachets she said, no that's all you get with the order. 1300 billing and they can't provide additional Tomato ketchup sachet. It's not even the dips that were requested. KFC you should probably think of the leg pieces and include decent quantity of dips.
