Krispy Kreme Doughnuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Donuts are soggy. Disappointing experience. I don't think they are fresh. Even drinks are of very poor quality. Coffee, both cappuccino which the counter sales person recommended and Americano (it's not really Americano it's just pain coffee) are of extremely poor quality. I can't understand why they opened Krispy Kreme in Hyderabad if they can't maintain even basic quality. They should close down this place in order for innocent customers not to...

"I was really excited to try this hot chocolate, but I was extremely disappointed. The texture was thin and watery, lacking the rich, creamy consistency I was expecting. The flavor was bland, with hardly any sweetness or depth. Even after adding extra sugar, it still tasted flat and artificial. I ended up tossing it out after a few sips. For the price, I expected much better quality....

Exceptionally made tasty donuts. Loved to see so many varieties of donuts and most of them are well made. The only one I did not like was the strawberry stuffed donuts as it felt too bland with noy enough kick. Apart from that loved all other flavours.
