McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

It's all about the user experience in the end. The order was been told it's a take away but I guess he must have forgotten about the carry bag. But it's fine. It all comes in the end the way the server talked that sir 10 rupee lagega. Really? You could have taken the amount from the card I paid from. Who carries money nowadays. Anyways it didn't trouble me much. But the cokes, I told the server to put some good amount of tape as I have to take it along with me in the car. And when I reach the car. The cap opens up and it spills inside the car. And now it boils my blood. I just don't understand why don't these can't act more sensibly.

I think the server could have put the tape a little more properly coz it wasn't sealed properly so it spilled almost completely! And would 10rs matter for a brand like MCD? This outlet should maybe ask themselves that.

I have entered into McDonald's on entrance I have seen 3 big screen... I thought it was advertisement display, but actually it's a digital menu card. There comes an receptionist told to order your food I told I'll directly order food.. That lady no mam u cannot enter unless u order... It's disgusting...!! It took long time to order for selection. Uffff.......!!! After all at last.. The bill should be paid by urself putting ur card in machine... Taking long bill for 2 items... And they'll give u table number card to take along with you... And select were we want to sit... After all wait for 15 min to get food..... This much seen to happen to have bite of ur food.... Its a huge hungama.... If a customer comes to ur mcdonalds.. He needs some service from u... Rest... But ur doing in reverse... We are doing ur job... It's not good... I'm not gona support this kind...
