I recently had a 4-hour badminton tournament with colleagues at Pulse 7 Badminton Court, and my experience was a mix of pros and cons. The court itself left a bit to be desired as it was quite crowded, and the air circulation left it feeling a bit suffocating at times. However, the staff here were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even provided us with badminton shoes, although it's worth noting they have limited sizes for larger feet (sizes 10-13).

One standout feature is the food court on-site, which offers gourmet options even during late-night games. It's a convenient perk for those craving a post-game meal. Plus, the cleanliness of the courts was commendable.

We had a corporate booking, and not only did they charge more than what you’d pay on platforms like Playo, but the experience was downright unpleasant. The receptionist was unbelievably rude, argumentative about everything, and seemed more interested in picking fights than helping guests.

Despite eating outside and cleaning up after ourselves, he forced an extra ₹500 charge on us for no valid reason. His tone and attitude were disrespectful to everyone who came with us.

The management seriously needs to reconsider who they’re hiring to represent their facility. If this is how they treat corporate clients, I can’t imagine how they treat regular bookings.
