Capital O 4346 Apartment Serene Nest — Hotel in Hyderabad

More of a service apartment than a hotel. Been here for a close friend's Wedding Sangeet party with many guests flying in from Kolkata. For breakfast, nothing is served to your room. Even if you are down with flu, malaria, jaundice, dying of cancer or have no feet. At the complimentary breakfast, only : Idly-Upma, Tea-Coffee is served to visiting guests. Out of which upma was no longer available, a little later the coconut chutney for idly wasnt available (hence no idly) and a little later tea wasnt available. Guests waited for more than 20minutes and nothing was arranged. They left the dining tables hungry and out of shame. The staff working here behave as if they have been forcibly made to work here. They have the audacity to talk to you in any tone, words and sentences they feel like. On reporting this to the Hotel owner, he started defending the staff and calling the guest's fault even attempting to turn the tables on the guests (virtually ofcrse). Hence justifying the staff's behaviour. Not once did the hotel owner or the staff boys apologize for their hooliganism. Bunch of simpletons who dont know the basics of the hotel and service industry, pumping cash into real estate and attempting to look and feel like goons.

Rude staff. I almost had a huge fight with the staff over non fulfillment of commitments made during booking. Worthless breakfast. Uncomfortable spring mattress. Not very clean room and washroom. And the worse part is, the building has apartments which has 4 bedroom in each apartment. The apartment doors are open all the time and that means anyone can enter any apartment anytime. So privacy is highly compromised. If you can avoid this place then...

The worst place to stay. It is highly overpriced, owner is rude and uncooperative. They promise amenities like hot water but you never get it. Location is horrible. They take your deposit and then refuse to refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Horrible place for single girls to stay. Food is unhygienic and often inedible. The whole place is a horrible experience. Wifi is there but speed is horrible and it keeps getting...
