Let me cut straight to the point—Roastery Coffee House in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, is an absolute stunner. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with an atmosphere that makes you want to sit back, unwind, and simply enjoy the magic. Now, let’s dive in, shall we?

Ambience:

The outdoor seating here is spot-on. Lush greenery surrounds you like a bloody jungle, and humidifiers actually work to drop the temperature by around 5 degrees. It’s not just cooling you down; it’s setting the stage—keeping your senses sharp, your nasal passages fresh, so when the food arrives, you’re ready to fully take it all in. That, my friends, is a restaurant that knows what it’s doing.

Crowd & Atmosphere:

The crowd is as posh as you’d expect, no nonsense, and the music? Thank god, it’s not blasting your ears off. Perfectly balanced, like everything in this place—it doesn’t try too hard, it just is.

Aromas:

Step inside, and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee slaps you in the face—in the best possible way. It’s like walking into a bloody coffee paradise. This is what you want from a coffee house, people! The scent of beans roasting, waiting to be packed for retail. Heavenly.

Lighting:

Inside, it’s warm. Soft whites and subtle yellows cast a beautiful glow over the ivory walls, giving the place a relaxed yet upscale feel. It’s peaceful without being boring. Outdoors, the lighting’s a little dimmer, but it works, thanks to that lush green canopy keeping things intimate and cozy.

The Food:

Now, let’s get to the real reason we’re here—the food. It’s not just a treat for the taste buds; it’s an assault on all the senses. Presented beautifully, executed with precision, and packed with flavors that leave you gobsmacked. This is what cooking’s all about. Flavors that hit.

What We Tried:

We kicked off with the Roastery Signature Cheesy Onion Rings. Jesus Christ, these things were perfect. Deep-fried to golden, crispy perfection with a generous hit of mozzarella in the middle, it pulls apart beautifully. Stretchy, gooey, and just bang on. Honestly, I could eat these all day.

Then came the Macaroni Fish and Chips. I wasn’t expecting it, but wow, it knocked my socks off. The Basa fish was crisp on the outside and so delicate on the inside you barely had to chew. The Alfredo-coated macaroni was creamy without being claggy, with a punch of Indian spices that took it to the next level. The balance between the mozzarella’s saltiness and the spice on the fish was spot-on. Perfect harmony. That’s how you do it.

Next, the Mutton Lasagne. Now, this wasn’t just some run-of-the-mill lasagne. No, this was layers of perfectly cooked pasta sheets, stacked with juicy, minced mutton and that kick of black cardamom, which took me straight to a Hyderabadi dum ka kheema. Absolutely mouthwatering. Portion size for two? Bollocks. You could easily stretch this for three if you’re not ravenous. Warm, filling, and full of soul. Just beautiful.

The Showstopper:

Finally, we ended with not one, not two, but three glasses of Roastery’s Cranberry Coffee. This—ladies and gents—is a bloody masterpiece. Cranberry juice, sparkling water, and a sharp ristretto all swirling together to create something insane. A quick stir with the spoon, and it comes to life. The colors, the aromas, the fizz from the sparkling water—it’s like a fireworks display in a glass. I’ve never had anything like it. Bloody brilliant.

Final Thoughts:

Roastery Coffee House doesn’t just serve good food—it delivers an experience. The kind of place you want to keep coming back to because it ticks all the boxes: atmosphere, flavors, service. This villa turned into a cafe never fails to impress me , be it there food or the ambience . Pet friendly places are my go to places . Located in Banjara Hills , this property is one of those where you can chill with your friends or your partner , be it breakfast , brunch , lunch or dinner . Outer sitting area just adds up to the overall beauty of the property . They have ample amount of space inside where they easily accommodate 60-70 at a time . My first visit at this cafe was in august 2018 and since then , I’ve been visiting them regularly . They have lived up to their name by providing the amazing coffee’s from different estates . With well trained baristas , you can expect some amazing creations . It’s definitely one of those places where you can enjoy your coffee on a bright Sunday morning . From amazing cappuccino to cold brews , from basic fish and chips to pasta and the newly added burrata , everything on the menu is worth trying . Few days back I went there with my friends and had a amazing lunch outing .

Firstly we started off with their signature coffee , 1.The classic cappuccino . 2.Appyfizz nitro cold brew . 3.Litchi cold brew

The cold brews were soo damm amazing . Appyfizz nitro brew is my go to thing whenever I visit roastery and I recommend you guys to definitely try this out . Litchi cold brew was something tried for the very first time , and it was something unique .

After coffee , we tried some appetisers 1.Mozzarella pockets : deep fried crumb crusted pockets filled with mozzarella cheese . 2.Fish and chips are always amazing at roastery . 3.Fried egg and mutton keema omelette. 4.chicken mac and cheese . Roastery is anyways famous for its pasta’s .

And from the newly added dishes on the menu 1.peri peri chicken pizza : the perfectly balanced flavours of peri peri made this pizza amazing . It was mildly spiced and tasted delicious. 2.Veg Flatbread with burrata : so burrata is basically a Italian cheese made with mozzarella and cream . Usually it costs bucks and it’s not tall easy to find it . Roastery is doing An amazing job serving burrata at a reasonable price .

From the desserts , which are my favourite . We had : 1.Brownies with strawberry and cream . 2.Banana cake topped with banana and chocolate syrup . Cake was moist and perfectly baked .

All in all a great place to enjoy . Staff at roastery is extremely humble and helpful . I would recommend you guys to reserve your seats before visiting...
