Pizzazone Kondapur — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Never imagine going to this restaurant, pathetic and unhygienic, and the staff doesn't know what the dishes are, I went with a kid who just turned 3 years, we chose a buffet and a small starter for my kid, while I was checking through items and my wife already put some items on her plate and kid just took a small piece all of sudden from no where a guy came and we are going to charge the kid, this is really disgusting, even we went very late there are its a kind of leftover things, and the premises are really tidy the images they posted looks nice but in real it's completely different. Make sure to check twice if you plan to visit here, there are very good places to visit for pizza nearby don't fall for images, The staff was not at all proficient when I say I'm gonna give a rating they are least bothered and said do it, I'm planning to file a consumer complaint against this outlet, even after I said that they said they are ok with it, I never seen such kind of negligence, my experience was really bad here I took my kid out not even letting to eat she was very hungy and crying and the behaviour of the staff is really bad not sure how come a a huge food chain hire these kind of people, we didn't even taste a single bite after the argument and I too came out with empty stomach where my wife just tasted a piece of salad, I said I don't want your serving anymore and just give me the bill, they didn't have any shame still they charged, A person who has some curtosy never charge a bill for a thing which we didn't eat, but these guys did that, all these this happen in just 10 min because we only spent 10 minutes over that place.

I visited Pizza Zone in both May and August to enjoy their unlimited buffet , and I must say it's truly one of the best pizza spots I've come across. The quality and taste of their pizzas are excellent, and I couldn't get enough of them.

Their unlimited buffet options are quite impressive, offering a variety of choices. However, the only disappointment I encountered was their service. During the first round, they were attentive and prompt.

Unfortunately, during subsequent servings ( second to be specific ) , when we requested items that were supposed to be part of the unlimited buffet, the service became slow. We had to remind them multiple times, and even after doing so, it took 15 to 20 minutes to receive the requested item. This issue persisted on both of my visits to Pizza Zone.

Despite the service hiccup, everything else about the experience was positive. The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The range of food options is commendable, and the overall quality of the dishes is great.

One suggestion I have for improvement is to include crispy corn in their starters. I'm not sure if it's part of their regular menu, but it was not available on the days I visited. It would be a delightful addition to their offerings.

We came here to celebrate my cousin’s birthday on a Thursday and we were so disappointed in the menu! By seeing other reviews we thought there would be many items as it says, they serve 40+ items in ads but there weren’t even atleast 10 items! They served pizzas which were okay and good, but other buffet dishes like naan, curries or biryani wasn’t available when we went. There was not even much dessert options too except for brownie ice cream and two kinds of pastries. They kept momos and French fries, but those were also not fresh and when the buffet bowl was empty they didn’t even bother to refill it soon and made us wait till they refill it. And staff service was not good either! They closed their party hall section when we specifically came there to celebrate my cousin birthday, so they gave us a table in the middle of the area where there was no proper background to take photos; and at the end of it dinner apart from where we ate, we thought to cut the cake we bought for my cousin to a nicer background but the staff first refused us to cut the cake on a different table and told us to cut it on our table which has no background at all! We told we want different table becos it has a good background for pictures to take but they didn’t let us take another table until we demanded. Overall, the food was not available and the staff was not polite to us. It’s a very disappointing experience I’ve ever had in these buffet...
