I had the worst experience when I visited the Jubilee hills branch for the first time . Firstly the food prices were exorbitantly high. I had requested khichdi for my 2 year old. Almost all restaurants/resorts I visit happily serve the same but they clearly denied. So I asked for steamed rice and boiled dal . They did serve that. The rice and dal both were half cooked . My baby could not eat them . The rest of the items we ordered were good in taste and quantity. Now comes the highlight of the show with the bill. They charged 490 rs for boiled dal. I requested the manager and staffs to charge atleast half price the price because it is totally unfair . But they say it is their policy and they cannot regenerate new bill so I have to pay. Most of the resturants don't even charge for the baby food. The best resolution the manager gave me was they will introduce baby food options in their menu next time . When I said I am highly dissatisfied and would not visit them again and also give a very bad feedback their response was ok Ma'am . This clearly shows they have no intention of providing any good service to the customer and are least bothered about customer satisfaction. Whole 90 minutes I sat there with no AC and cooler not working properly and mosquitoes biting my legs and then then I pay 490 rs for half boiled dal. The final conversation I had with their cashier. I mentioned even 5-star hotels like Marriot did not charge for the food I asked for my baby . His reply is "The company has its policy I cannot do anything" none of the staffs were bothered. To the concerned owner , you may have become quite rich but some cent of that contribution is also my money as I was a regular visitor of your 100 feet road setup. Your company and policies are alive as long as your customers are.Your resturant was my go to place whenever I didn't feel like cooking or had guests. That was the reason I travelled to jubille hills and was very sad when your outlet got moved from my nearby location. You have lost a customer forever .
