Hey hi guys, This is Prasanth Gupta (Instagram I'd: @Solo_travelleer ). Yesterday I went to Hyderabad unexpectedly then I met my schoolmate (Director in TFI) then he suggested this coffee shop. This coffee shop is located beside Allus production house in jublee hills. It was not a Big coffee shop when we compared it with the crowd. As you all i used to drink mostly in hot so i asked the suggestion to the helper at the counter . She asked our requirements and then explained in detail clearly that the crowd also finally suggested to me good coffee #spanishlatte . My friend required in the cold and that too in the creme he took the #hazelnutcreme . The taste of both was very good and yummy. In the desserts my friend likes mostly chocolate so he tried the #doublelayerchocolatecake, it was too good after tasting he said that it was a bit costly but we are not getting outside very good taste for that amount. As usual my crazy brain selected the different one which was #painauchocolate (usually I don't eat croissants or puf) actually it was good but didn't reach my expectations because with less cream inside it. Yes the menu was limited but the only coffee shop with limited menu providing highest customer satisfaction. Now if we come to the ambiance it was Ground and first floor seating available both inside and outside (smoking zone is outside) it was good enough for a normal crowd, I don't know why either because of Sunday evening or because of my visit there is too much crowd but less than 15 mins i got the table. The slow music playing back was also good and which gives pleasant mind The chairs, sofas and tables are a bit unique and look like a director theme based but good. Full classy and attractive ambiance. Service was also excellent they are ready to serve before the table gets free to seat. The behaviour of the staff from starting to till exit was good. Actually while I was leaving one helper came near and asked for a suggestion and review about the thing. It shows they are ready to improve their lack so I suggested the smokers crowd while entering the coffee shop did not feel good. please try to find a solution for that.
Coming to suggestions
Timings were in the morning at 08:00 AM to Night 11:00 PM.
We can order online delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato also. There is another one in the kompally near Sri Ganesh nagar. Next one mode of payment, Yes we can pay online (UPI), Swiping card and Cash also there. But I don't know about Sodexo and other options. We have to order and pay then the food was served to our place either standing or seating by giving a token number,by this there is an eradicate of tip collection. I don't have any idea about the advance seat reservation in the coffee shop. It is easily visible to all, because it is located in the signals in Nandagiri hills beside Allu production house(Very famous production office). The next thing was parking did not have a good option, because the coffee shop located in the signals and street parking was also less area and i don't know if the wallet parking is there or not. So simply in one line it's the best place for a coffee or food date with family or friends suggested to visit during the evenings. It is affordable, less menu with awesome taste. Maximum Rs 300 - Rs 500 per head can expect (A single coffee or brew with a single food item). If you try once you may not...
Read moreWe ordered the long black coffee, black hummus mushroom toast, and OG cold coffee. The Black hummus mushroom toast was the most disappointing - watered down liquidy hummus which has a dark colour, why was it black, due to some flavor? If so, couldn't tell by the taste. They went overboard with the balsamic which just made it overwhelmingly sweet. This is apparently one of their best selling dishes and yet it left a lot to be desired. The coffee orders - they were good, not great. I'd go to Concu for better, much richer, full-bodied coffee. It doesn't matter how they make it and which depths of the Earth they get their coffee beans from if the end result is just normal coffee. At this price point, you'd expect something better. There is a lot to be said about the service. The service staff are nice, but the customer journey is really weird. You have to get in line to place your order at the cash register. Until then I did not find a way to browse the menu so I had to place a call from the cash register to my partner who was seated at the table to tell him what was on the menu. Because how else does he get something for himself? Get in line again after I am back at the table? We had a baby with us so we couldn't have both left the table at the same time. They sneakily add in a service charge, even though this is mostly self-service. It's not even disclosed anywhere upfront. You just see it on your bill after you have made the payment. Secondly, the vibe was confused - there is a gap between who they want to cater to, and who they actually cater to. The ambience and decor screams GenZ/young adult - plenty of board games and mostly big table covers for groups of more than 4 people. However, atleast while we were there, we mostly saw similar demographic like us - young parents with little kids (at this price point, I don't see how you expect young adults to be your biggest cohort) and yet, no high chairs, barely any tables for 2-3 people. While we were there, we had to literally share our table with another young couple, who were probably on their first date because we could hear EVERYTHING they were talking about. Not their fault, no one can help it - they have so many clients with such few table covers, so people have to share like we are sitting in some canteen or mess. All in all, this place is just hype, can be easily skipped. You get much better coffee and ambience in so many other cafes...
