Good Food, Friendly Staff, Work Friendly Cafe, Exceptional service.
Pros: Honest suggestions when asked what to try, not suggesting the most expensive dish like other restaurants, a simple genuine suggestion, which takes the experience to another level. Extremely cooperative staff, not generally found, well spoken and humble. Their Caprese Croissant sandwich is a must try, awesome. Located at A Quiet place, popular location yet the quiet area. They genuinely care if you like the food, explain what goes in and how they came up with the idea. Very generous to work per your suggestions and preferences.
Cons: Can add cushions to chairs, to make seating much more conformable. Can provide more charging ports so that customer can choose the seat per their preference and not per the port's availability. Since it's a cafe and coffee should be taken extra care of, I didn't find my coffee to my expectations. I ordered an Orange coffee, which was good (not bad really), but it was more on Orange side and less on coffee, when the scenario should have been otherwise. It was way too sweet and Orangy. Also, they should consider serving in a different glass, since Orange Coffee isn't served in a wine glass. The quantity was very less than what is expected of an orange coffee. A genuine research or asking customers for their preferences before serving can solve this issue very easily.
All in all I'll 100% recommend this place to everyone, give it a try....
Read moreI've visited this cafe around 20 times(given business in rupees many thousands), and every time my experience was great, but my latest visit was a complete disaster. I came here with my family, including my wife and two kids, and we ordered the Coralia's drink, which is my favorite. When we were enjoying our drinks, my kid accidentally dropped the glass, which the waiter cleaned up. When we paid our bill and were about to leave, the waiter and billing staff stopped us and demanded that we pay for the broken glass, which cost Rs. 750.
I'm wondering if this is a big brand or just a small shop. If it's a big brand, is it fair to charge customers for a broken glass? I think this was just a way for the billing staff to make some extra money, and the way they spoke to us was very rude.
Moreover, when the glass broke, my 2-year-old daughter got injured on her finger, and no one even bothered to ask about her condition. I immediately took her away from there and got her treated.
I don't think this cafe treats its customers well, and I don't think I'll be coming back here again. I'd advise everyone to be cautious and make better use of their money.
My Conclusion: If anybody wants a good experience, stay away from this place. This cafe needs to work on treating its customers better.
My Recommendation: Avoid this cafe if you want a...
Read moreWorst cafe. Though I have never been to the cafe, I keep ordering food from this cafe through Zomato. However, what I recently faced was a nightmare. Two days back, I ordered a Hyderabad chicken burger, a Brownie, and a brownie shake. First of all, I didn't even get my order. They delivered biryani and brownie. As it was already past 12 so I thought I'd eat whatever it was delivered. It tasted awful, but because I was hungry, I took a few bites, and then I had to throw it away because of the pungent oil smell and strange taste. I opened the brownie, and there was a cockroach stuck on it as well as a green plastic piece. I don't know what the people at the restaurant were doing while packing the food. It was literally on top of the brownie; anyone could see it. Thanks to their food, I have been suffering from food poisoning since yesterday and still can't eat anything. Please take our hygiene seriously. we are paying a lot of money only to eat this ??? Shouldn't we just eat from street stalls then ?? What is the difference? I think food stalls are even better than these restaurants. You charged me 300 for a burger and 150 for a brownie, and this is not what I expected.
