I would NOT give even a single star if possible. I am from Delhi, a mother to a 1.4 year old and i stepped out yesterday just to have one drink alone. To begin with, i found this place on google and decided to go because of the raging reviews. I stepped into the building elevator and i must say it was very dirty and smelled mouldy. The elevator opened to a dingy corridor lit up in red with 3 people standing for giving entry. Very confidently i was asked if i was getting the entry as a couple with other men who came up the same elevator with me. I denied and got entry as single. The waiters showed me the way to a couch on the top most floor. The couch had no leg space probably because too many needs to be fit on one terrace. The cushions and covers of the couch were disfigured, dirty and patchy. I ordered a zesty orange mojito and chilli chicken. The drink came after 15mins and the food after 25mins. The drink was ok, it had wilted mint leaves in it. Whereas, chilli chicken was pathetic and tasted worse than a local street side Chinese takeout truck, cheap, flavourless not at all appetizing and starchy. I gave my feedback to the manager and asked to bring the most liked/ordered dish off the kitchen. I was given a replacement of Afghani chicken tikka. The replaced dish was not amazingly great due to the size of the chicken being too small, and the dish was with bones. The worst is yet to start! I am 1 hr in this place, and i got a call from my husband to come outside. And according to me, he was supposed to be Delhi. Apparently, he wanted to surprise me and drove all the way from delhi. 6 hours of drive and he wanted me to step out to meet him!! HE COULDN'T COME INSIDE! WHY.. I TELL YOU WHY. The 3 people outside giving entries to people, denied entry to him saying he is a stag. He spent a good 20mins explaining the impromptu surprise he planned for me. Showed the guys the videos and pics i was sending to him while i was chatting with him sitting alone (thinking he is in Delhi). 2 of the guys understood and recognised me as i entered just an hour back and not many single women walk into clubs for a drink for themselves. But the 3rd guys, stared misbehaving with my husband. My husband asked to enter and walk to the table with him so that he believes but the 3rd guy just wanted 3k as cover charges for a stag and replied with disrespect and ego. There and then My husband called me, because even if he would have entered, he had still been disrespected out of sheer unprofessionalism. This is how Blackout management ruined the surprise that my husband planned for me. Merely because of the unreasonable rules with disrespect and ego. When i finally came out and was shocked to see my husband there. That management 3rd guy wasn't courteous to say sorry because of misunderstanding. I left my drink, left the food that i ordered and what they replaced, paid the bill and rushed out. The worst experience ever. Do not go! I will never visit again. Money minded, egocentric, unprofessional to the core management.

Horrible horrible experience.. let me tell u my expectation from the place vs the bitter reality of this place : ->Hospitality and staff behaviour :- since it was a high end place, I expected a hospitable, welcoming and well-trained staff but as soon as we entered the place, the ill-treatment we got was exactly opposite to our expectations. Since i was visiting jaipur as tourist, I had some medicines and some condiments like hing-goli in my handbag. The security personnel who checked my bag literally scolded me "ye le kr kyun ayi, gaadi me rakh ke ana chahiye tha" I felt like I had committed some grave crime. It was humiliating to say the least. Then the waiter who attended our table seemed in extreme hurry as .. so much in hurry that he did not give us time to go through the complete menu and decide. He kept looking on his watch now and then as if he had to catch train. So we ordered whatever we could. While we were waiting on the table nobody even bothered to clean the table . You can see the ashtray which was already there on our table. We were rushed through the dinner as we were reminded by the staff that we had to leave the place at the earliest and the worst part is that they switched off lights before we could even finish our dinner. ->Food :- we were expecting decent tasting, good quality, hygienic food but we got stale, leftover noodles, plated ridiculously (refer to the image). Pizza and Chinese sizzlers were just passable. Brownies were the worst. It was dry, reeked of raw eggs. Two members in my group were vegetarian and they felt violated and cheated after having one bite of it. Anyway we had to leave our dinner midway because the lights were switched off. ->Pricing and policy: my group members were non-alcoholic but dance enthusiasts. We were also celebrating birthday of one of the members, so we wanted to go to the bar & disc after which we would have headed for dinner on the rooftop. But we were forced to get a card with 4000rs charged on it and we were not told initially that the money was non-refundable. We were literally forced to pay for our own torture. Our choices as consumer were curtailed due to this pathetic policy. We had to order non-alcoholic drink and brownies just to exhaust that 4000 rs. The member who ordered the non-alcoholic drink doubts if it was really non-alcoholic. ->Service: one would expect top-notch services at such posh place but we had poor experience there as well. The tables on the rooftop were literally shaking due to high bass in the disc downstairs. The lounge and bar was on the 9th floor. The elevator broke down and all the guests had to climb down through the stairs all the way to the ground floor. In nutshell, it was supposed to be a happy, joyful evening,an evening with the closed ones, a happy ending to an otherwise wonderful trip to Jaipur but unfortunately it was an evening spoiled, an opportunity to the joy missed, a big let down... Thanks to Blackout 😞

A Night to Remember at Blackout Club, Jaipur I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable evening at Blackout Club in Jaipur. This hidden gem not only offers a vibrant nightlife scene but also boasts a captivating rooftop restaurant that adds an extra layer of charm to the overall experience. The ambiance at Blackout Club is truly unique, with its dimly lit interiors creating an intimate and mysterious atmosphere. The club's eclectic decor and modern design contribute to a trendy yet comfortable vibe. The rooftop restaurant, however, steals the spotlight with its stunning views of the Jaipur skyline. The menu is a delightful fusion of local and international flavors, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. From savory appetizers to delectable main courses, each dish is a celebration of taste and presentation. The diverse drink menu further enhances the dining experience, offering a wide range of cocktails and beverages to suit every palate. What sets Blackout Club apart is its commitment to providing top-notch entertainment. The DJ curated a playlist that kept the energy high throughout the night, seamlessly blending different genres to cater to the diverse crowd. The dance floor became a pulsating hub of excitement, making it impossible not to join in on the fun. The attentive and friendly staff added to the positive experience, ensuring prompt service and making us feel welcomed.
