Visited Govindam Sweets recently, and it turned out to be such a delightful experience! 😍 From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly prepared sweets and snacks fills the air and instantly makes you hungry 🤤🍭.

We tried samosas, dahi puri, and a variety of sweets, and everything was absolutely delicious 😋💛. The samosas were perfectly crisp on the outside and filled with a flavorful, spicy potato mixture that felt just right 🌶️🥔. The dahi puri was refreshing and full of taste — with just the perfect balance of curd, chutneys, and crunch 🥰🍽️.

When it came to sweets, we couldn’t stop at one! Each sweet looked tempting and tasted amazing — soft, fresh, and prepared with great quality ingredients 🍬🍰. You can truly taste the effort and tradition in every bite.

Disappointing Experience

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hygiene was not a priority. The same stained cloth was used across countless tables, leaving a lingering smell that refused to fade.

The ambiance? Just decent lighting, basic tables and chairs—but beyond that, everything felt unclean. In the scorching 45-degree heat, the air conditioning was non-functional, making it evident that cost-cutting was taking precedence over customer comfort.

The food was nothing like the appealing photos in the menu or online reviews. Everything served was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and came with bizarre, mismatched combinations.

Raising concerns at the counter proved futile, as staff dismissed complaints with the usual attitude—“Logo ka kaam hai bolna, hamara kaam paisa banana.”

You're better off indulging in some street food—samosas, kachoris, and sabzi outside, followed by kulfi on the main Hawa Mahal road. A far superior experience for both...
