Courteous staff, Great Environment and setting, Decent & Well Presented food. But, regretfully, must report atrocious food safety. Same night as our dinner at La Mesa, we all got varying degrees of food poisoning. My younger son had to be put on drip. Others suffered vomiting and diarrhea. Given the low traffic and onset of rains, it is obvious that they horribly mishandled ingredients. One goes to a top flight establishment like this PRECISELY to avoid such hurtful experiences. Regretfully, La Mesa at the Taj let us down very BADLY! Two days before our return back to US, we are dosing up on medications...

The culinary experience at Sawai Man Mahal was highly satisfactory. We partook in both lunch and breakfast during our stay.
