McDonald's — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Dear McDonald's Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to the McDonald's outlet located at Gourav Tower, Connaught Plaza Malviya Nagar on 29-03-2025 at 10:30 pm.

I had ordered 2 Aloo Tikki Burgers and 2 French Fries, but what I got was a burger that was severely lacking in its most basic components. The Aloo Tikki patty, the very essence of the burger, was missing! To add insult to injury, the onions were also nowhere to be found. And to top it all off, the burger had barely any sauce.

I was looking forward to enjoying my favorite burger, and this experience was a major letdown. I had paid for a complete burger, and the absence of the Aloo Tikki patty, onions, and sufficient sauce felt like a blatant breach of trust.

I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a complimentary burger or a full refund for my purchase. Furthermore, I expect you to take necessary steps to ensure that such egregious mistakes do not happen in the future.

During my recent visit to McDonald's, I had an exceptional experience that left me thoroughly satisfied. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who efficiently took my order and served my food promptly. The service was top-notch, and the staff members were courteous and attentive, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. I ordered the iconic Big Mac, and it exceeded my expectations. The burger was freshly prepared, with juicy beef patties, crisp lettuce, and the special sauce that gives the Big Mac its distinctive flavor. Every bite was a delight, and it reminded me why McDonald's has become synonymous with delicious fast food.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for dining in. The seating area was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was enjoyable.

We go for such places and pay three time higher cost than the actual value of the food product for the quality of food and most importantly experience, ambience and hospitality. Because we can also get quality of food from a normal food point or restaurant as well.

I went to this outlet in the morning at 10:16 Am. It was open but no one was there at the counter. So I scanned the QR from one of the tables and ordered the food online (screenshot attached).

Then the manager (NIMISH BANWAL) came out and ask me to LEAVE THE PLACE telling me that it opens at 10:30. even if doors were open and only 13 minutes were left. I requested and asked if I can sit and wait as I already ordered online.

He again asked me to leave and the most pathetic thing was he escorted me till the gate and made me go out of the door.

This was so embarrassing , humiliating and inhuman act of the manager.

As mentioned in the beginning it all about experience we visit such places and having gone through this. It’s a big NO for next time.

No doubt the food was good. But had it and left with such a pathetic experience ...
