I recently had an absolutely terrible experience at this Beans Pizza outlet. My friends and I opted for their unlimited pizza meal, which cost ₹219 per person, but it was a complete waste of money. The food quality was shockingly poor. Almost everything in both the hot and cold sections was either too spicy, too salty, or just outright tasteless. It felt like there was zero quality control in the kitchen.
The pizzas themselves were a disaster—the sides were undercooked, making them doughy and unpleasant to eat. The garlic bread was burnt to the point that the base had turned black. When we complained, they served us another one, which was completely undercooked. It was clear that their so-called "chefs" had no idea how to properly cook a basic garlic bread or even a pizza for which they claim that they are specialized in it.
To make matters worse, when it was time for dessert, they served only ice cream—no brownie which was mentioned in their menu. When we asked about it, they casually said it wasn’t available. Why advertise something if you can't provide it?
And the service? Horrendous! When we went to pay, there was no one at the cashier counter. After waiting, we had to ask a staff member cleaning tables to call the concerned person. The cashier, who was conveniently standing outside the gate, was too busy on his phone instead of doing his job. Even after calling him multiple times, he took his own sweet time to come and collect the payment.
Frustrated with the whole experience, we asked for the review/complaint register, which, as per government guidelines, they are required to keep. But guess what? They straight-up admitted they don’t have one! Their ridiculous excuse? "We’ve been running for 13 years, and no one has ever complained." Obviously! If you don’t keep a complaint register, how will anyone register a complaint?
The overall experience was so pathetic that we barely managed to eat 2-3 slices of pizza before deciding to leave the rest of the food untouched. I will NEVER visit this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to waste your money on terrible food and even...
Read moreI have visited Mr. Beans pizza for the first time with my family and relatives. What I got I have to face the embarrassment and guilty why I visited this "3rd class pizza restaurant".
Verdict-
From the Ambience to Courtesy All are poor there
If there is option of giving negative stars I would have given - 10 for all there services.
1.Ambience is such pathetic that you feel you have come to a smelly fish market place. Interior decor is a frightening.
Service- Omg such poor and pathetic service that you have to wait 15 -30 minutes so that waiter can serve pizza. The other Italian things like salad , pasta , soup is likely to be eaten hot but simply they are very cold. I complained this to waiter and he reacted rudely and said" hammre yaha toh yahi milega sahab".
4.Food -Not and fresh very messy
Taste- so pathetic that like I am eating food prepared yesterday. Variety- Not again yaar.
Courtesy - I have to remind waiter every time to serve us the pizza. The waiter is taking more time to serve the pizza.
Not only this after half an hour the restaurant manager "Mr.Santosh" revolving around us , stalking us .Such person I haven't seen in my life that doesn't have etiquettes and manners that how to deal with customers.
We are getting the feeling from the staff and manager that " yaha se uth ke chale jao".
Cleanliness Dining area - not cleaned and you feel after 5 minutes "Can't eat here anymore.
Washrooms- Aarey bhai maaf kar.
Value for money- A big no You can get Better at nearby restaurant In short I left broke. Also I have to face my family for choosing such a cheap place for eating Italian.
So if you want eat old cooked prepared Italian food with smell all around from the hall to food you can go there and waste your...
Read moreThis outlet is located in the basememt below the Dominos near GT. It's a small seating area with the capacity of 20-25 people only. They say they offer 20 types of Italian salads in the buffet but the salads are mix of Indian, Chinese and Italian cuisine as they have watermelons, sprouts, cucumber & carrot, Chinese style potato's salads in there so called 20 Italian salads. Watermelon was fresh and good and rest of the salads were average and some salads were below par.
Tomato soup and sweet corn tasted average. Red and white sauce pasta were average and the three types of noodles were below par as the noodles were overcooked. Fried rice was average.
They offer you three types of pizza, each of the pizzas were not crispy at all and they were soggy. Except for thin crust pizza all pizzas were at verge of average line in taste and the thin crust was also average but good in taste compared to the others two.
Ice cream with brownie ( one scoop of ice cream and a very small portion of brownie in a small bowl )was above average in taste.
Service was slow and the people there don't know about the delicay of serving food. The person was tossing the pizzas in our plates. He didn't had the courtesy to put the food delicately in our plates.
An extra 0.5 rating because of the price they charged. In 170 per person you get a lot of variety but the quality and taste is...
