Subject: Outrageous Valet Behavior – Unforgivable Experience at Your Coffeehouse
I am writing to express my absolute outrage at the humiliating and disturbing experience I had at your coffeehouse — one that no guest should ever have to endure, especially at a so-called “premium” establishment.
I arrived with my husband and infant son, expecting a calm, high-end visit. My husband stepped out of the car and handed the keys to the valet, while I stayed inside briefly with my child, gathering our things. What happened next was completely unacceptable: the valet entered the vehicle without permission and sat beside me in the driver’s seat — a woman alone with her baby. No knocking, no asking — just barging in.
When I told him this was inappropriate and that he should wait for the passenger to step out before entering, he had the audacity to scream at me, telling me to park the car myself. He acted as if I had no right to speak up about his disgusting behavior. I repeated, firmly but respectfully, that this was indecent and against basic manners — and he escalated further, throwing tantrums and continuing his outburst.
Only when the management stepped in and began apologizing did he stop, but let me be crystal clear: this was not a minor slip. This was a complete failure of basic decency, training, and safety. No woman should be subjected to this kind of intimidation, especially with a child in her lap. It was intrusive, threatening, and downright shameful.
For a cafe that charges a cover fee just to enter, it is laughable how poorly your staff is trained. Is this your idea of premium service? Is this how you treat your female guests? Let me remind you — you are running a business that should be based on respect and hospitality. You have failed miserably.
If you have any sense of responsibility, this valet should be immediately disciplined or dismissed, and your entire team should be given urgent training on boundaries, etiquette, and basic human decency.
This was the first and last time I will ever visit your establishment. I will also make sure to inform others so they know exactly what kind of treatment to expect — or...

They are beautifully presented and packed with fresh fruits and nutritious ingredients. The Lotus Biscoff croissant birthday cake is a unique and delicious creation. Noir Coffee House has the advantage of being open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a great convenience for those seeking a coffee fix or a cozy spot to work or unwind at any time of the day or night. One advantage of Noir Coffee House is the availability of easy parking. Additionally, its location in the c scheme area is convenient, providing accessibility to visitors. Unfortunately, Noir Coffee House falls short when it comes to maintaining cleanliness. This can be a significant drawback, as cleanliness is crucial for creating a hygienic and inviting atmosphere. The cheesecakes and other desserts at Noir Coffee House are a letdown. They either lack the expected quality or end up being dry. It seems that they may outsource their desserts, which can affect the overall consistency and taste. One major downside of Noir Coffee House is the slow service. Waiting times can be frustratingly long, which can negatively impact the overall dining experience. Once they even made my coffee using burnt ground coffee instead of freshly brewed. This kind of oversight can greatly affect the taste of a coffee. Another downside is that the quality of food, particularly coffee, seems to deteriorate when the cafe becomes more crowded. This inconsistency is concerning and can make the overall experience...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at Noir: Poor Customer Service and Stale Products I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience at Noir. It seems that the quality of their products and customer service has taken a nosedive.
On a previous visit, I was informed by an employee that sometimes the inventory might be stale. So, when I complained about the dry cake, they replaced it, albeit with an excuse that they couldn't pinpoint when the inventory was restocked. Fair enough, mistakes happen.
However, my latest encounter was even more frustrating. I ordered the date and fig cake, only to find it tasting like it had been sitting on the shelf for at least two days. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with blatant lies. The person I spoke to claimed that the evening inventory is changed daily. This, however, contradicted my experience.
To make matters worse, when I requested a refund or a replacement, I was flatly denied both options. Instead, I was given excuses about inventory management. So, not only did I lose 140 rupees, but I also left without the cake I had paid for.
Furthermore, their latte, advertised as such, tasted more like a cappuccino, and the aroma and flavor were reminiscent of burnt coffee. Even their iced latte was far from satisfactory, bordering on unpleasant.
Overall, my recent visit to Noir left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment decline in both product quality and customer service. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their offerings and treatment of customers. Until then, I'll be taking my...
