OYO 16002 Hotel Shaan — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Worst experience. I booked this OYO for a stay with my wife and reached at 11PM and already made the payment. The location of the hotel is updated incorrectly, receptionist didn't answer the call for 10 minutes and there was no one at the reception. When he finally came, he told me there was no room available. I was stranded with my wife in an unknown city without accommodation.

I left the place and called OYO for cancellation and refund after 10 minutes and then, the hotel manager said one room is available now and they can give me an accommodation if I go back while it may not have the AC working. Basis this, the OYO representative asked me to go back and denied refund. I really had to...

Good place for friends 👭👬👫 get together.. You will find a nice ambience and also view the city from the top... Great music with lots of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and starters of both types. Staff is very cool and cooperative and always try to put a smile on your face... So grap a glass of beer or shot of vodka at the top of city with your friends. The facilities are also good and also have a decent parking place.. Menu is reasonable with lots of varieties and enjoy the indoor and outdoor sitting. The worst oyo room you will ever get in your life. Roadside drainage is even much clean compare to this hotel rooms. Bathroom lock is broken. No doormat & towel is provided. All photos shown in oyo app is manipulated and edited. In app, it is showing LCD Tv but in reality it is 100 years old tv & it's not working. They even not providing oyo soap & oils.water jug, glass Not provided.. Nothing. You should not choose this hotel even if you get it free.It will just spoil your mood.Totally 3rd...
