The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I ordered a Mini Waffle Box of 6 – Chocoholics from The Belgian Waffle Co., near Bais Godam, Shivaji Nagar. But I had no idea this outlet is run by a bunch of unprofessional, greedy staff who think it’s fine to eat from customers’ orders. The staff here are unbelievably rude, careless, and have zero sense of responsibility. It’s shocking how they handle food meant for paying customers.

When I raised a complaint, I got no proper response or resolution. Swiggy staff casually said they’d refund Rs. 40, as if that’s the solution. My concern isn’t the money — it’s the hygiene and safety. If the staff can eat from the waffles, how do I know they haven’t mixed or tampered with something? Who takes responsibility for that?

Surprisingly rude staff. Went there at 1145 PM, the place was open with a couple of customers. When told him the order request, he just said, it's closed!!. Strange egoistic person at the desk. Asked him, that we were waiting n he could tell us that, No orders accepted anymore, and the reply was .... he didn't SEE...

Worst Waffle I have ever had. If you don't want to know how to make it then please don't use Franchise name to sell them. I purchased 2 waffles and both have actually too bad in taste. Like it was completely burned. Taste was worst. Don't buy waffle...
