Disappointing Experience at Karim's Dalgate
I recently had the misfortune of dining at Karim's Dalgate, a restaurant that has been touted as a premier destination for traditional Kashmiri cuisine. Unfortunately, my experience was a far cry from the expectations I had.
The Wazwan thali I ordered was, without a doubt, one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of eating. The dishes lacked flavor, and the meat was overcooked and tough. The quality of the food was subpar, and it was clear that the kitchen was not paying attention to detail.
To add insult to injury, the restaurant had the audacity to charge GST on the substandard meal. As a customer, it is disheartening to see a restaurant prioritize profits over quality and customer satisfaction.
