I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Domino's Pizza from this Jasola branch and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The chain of events that unfolded was not only disappointing but also bordered on harassment. Allow me to recount the shocking incident that transpired.
After deciding to indulge in a pizza night, I eagerly placed an order with Domino's. The process went smoothly and I promptly made the payment, eagerly awaiting my meal. However, what followed was an excruciating ordeal that left me stunned and infuriated.
After more than one hour after placing the order, I received an unexpected call from first one staff and then the manager of the Domino's Jasola branch I ordered from. Rather than offering an apology or providing an explanation, I was met with unprofessional behavior and outright abuse. The manager had the audacity to demand that I cancel my order due to an additional hour-long delay.
In any customer-service-driven industry, one would expect basic professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this Domino's manager seemed to lack both. Instead of empathizing with my frustration, they chose to respond with hostility and threats. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in any establishment.
This incident left me feeling not only harassed but also deeply disappointed in Domino's as a whole. As a customer, I should be able to rely on a brand's promise of quality service and timely delivery. Instead, I was subjected to abusive behavior and forced to cancel my order altogether.
It is disheartening to witness a brand like Domino's Pizza, which prides itself on customer satisfaction. This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the brand.
I strongly urge Domino's Pizza to address this issue promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the manager and staff in question. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also damages the trust and loyalty...
Read moreDomino's is a fraud and their delivery boys and customer care always try to cheat us. I ordered 2 pizzas on May 9 from Domino's Jasola branch and had paid for the order online. The app gave 30 minutes order guarantee. I recieved the pizza late and the delivery boy tried to get away by saying it's only 2 minutes late, I'm almost on time. I talked to his manager and told him that the order was late. The delivery boy Avinash and manager agreed that the refund will come automatically and took the bill with them in order to process the refund. No refund came so I registered a complaint online on Domino's app. The next day I recieved a call and explained the scenario to the agent, she said that since it was Mother's day, the 30 minute delivery guarantee doesn't apply, I told her to give me this information in writing, she said she can't give it in writing, then she told me that she will look into it and process the refund. Still no refund came. This is not the first time this has happened, the dominos employees always try to cheat by giving some logic or the other. Thank God for social media that we can call out these cheaters...

CLOSE THIS TERRIBLE OUTLET. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PIZZA.
Ordered from here through dominos app on 8th sep around 11:30pm, they delivered quickly but the pizza was an awful waste of money.
I ordered a regular farmhouse with extra cheese, that cost me 311rs(paid 320rs) but the pizza I received was terribly dry, with EXTREMELY LITTLE amount of cheese, even lesser than a normal farmhouse and almost NON EXISTENT TOPPINGS plus it was SMALLER than what a regular sized farmhouse should be. on first sight you wouldn’t have guessed that it’s a dominos farmhouse pizza with double cheese worth 320. Even street pizzas that cost 80rs have more cheese than this.
Regretting ordering since then. Will rather stay hungry than order their food. I hope this chain closes because their work has always been like this. Even contacted their customer service but no one picked up. Why do u guys deliver late night if you won’t pick up any calls or help out the...
