Chai Point — Restaurant in Karnataka

No recommended. In my last trip, Travelling from Berlin to Bangalore landed midnight, thinking might not get food in hotel at that hour bought the food from there. Surprisingly they took the order I kept waiting no sign of food, when I asked got to know that particular item was over. Then we settled down on available item, chicken roll. The quality was so bad, first it was full of oil then , it was not cooked properly , then filling was also so bad that I got sick for next three days. On top it is so over priced. I am an Indian , I love Indian food,m and I know about filling and at least how it should be. Then what few days later one of my friend was sick when I asked him, guess what, he went to drop his brother at airport in middle of night , eat from the same Chai point , fell sick just like me with with stomach upset , vomiting and completely flat on bed for next three days. Early morning around 5:40 am...I asked for three TEA and I said I am employee usually for staff there is discount at the time the chai point guy said you three members so I need three id card.if not will not give tea.then I said bye to your team.. I took coffee and he didn't ask for id card in hatti cofee...they are good....in front you people.... That day he made disappoint and shamed in front of my brother...

Yesterday morning we took ginger tea...people are heating tea in owan...and giving..

I’m really happy to see that good service of staff. In morning very busy time there is only two staffs are there , they providing good service. There is one staff named Sneha , she is really amazing hard worker bcz there is lot of customers is there, each customer she attending very nicely. I had their paneer tikka Sandwich and ginger tea it’s really good. Must visit chai point , it’s gate no....
