I had a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience with your outlet recently. I had placed an order through the Domino’s app for home delivery. However, despite the 30-minute delivery promise, the delivery person left the store only after 27 minutes — making it impossible to meet the timeline. Shockingly, as soon as he left the store, he marked the order as delivered, even though he reached my location nearly an hour later.

When I contacted the store for clarification, the manager/staff responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. His exact words were:

“This is how we will deliver. If you want to eat it, fine. Otherwise, cancel the order. We are not forcing you to eat from us. Lodge a complaint with Domino’s if you want — I’m not scared. Don’t talk too much, or I’ll deal with you later.”

This behavior was appalling — not only dismissive but also threatening. Such conduct is completely unacceptable from any representative of your brand.

To add to the frustration, the food delivered was cold, poorly prepared, and had almost no toppings. I raised a complaint with Domino’s, but there has been no satisfactory resolution so far. This inaction seems to be emboldening such unprofessional behavior from store staff.

I urge you to take this matter seriously, investigate the incident thoroughly, and take appropriate disciplinary action against those responsible. Customers deserve respect, accountability, and quality service — not threats and indifference.

Honestly, I’ve never been this irritated with a food order before. I placed an order for home delivery through the app, and guess what? They marked it as “delivered” even before the delivery guy left the store. He reached me almost an hour later. What’s the point of showing fake delivery time if the food is still sitting in the store?

I called the store to ask what was going on, and the person who answered was unbelievably rude. Instead of helping, he started arguing and talking like he was doing me a favour by even delivering the food. No apology, no explanation — just pure arrogance.

And the food? Cold, dry, barely any toppings. Total waste of money. If this is the kind of service Domino’s thinks is okay, then it’s seriously going downhill. Staff like this shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all.

The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day! You could just take away or standing finish your pizza in the store.
