We had a very disappointing experience at this property.
We booked 1 dormitory and 1 AC room. On arrival at 10 AM, we patiently waited outside in the hot weather for 1.5 hours, but only the dormitory was given at 12 noon. No one even offered drinking water.
The rooms were dirty, damp, and poorly maintained, with even their storage items kept inside our room.
There was no electricity, only a generator running with diesel fumes that caused headaches and even made one of our group sick.
The manager, Jeetu, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused even basic requests like tea/coffee, ignored us multiple times saying he had “no time,” and was more interested in serving outsiders than his own guests.
When we requested proper arrangements, instead of helping, he argued, told us to leave, and said he would refund our money – which is unfair during peak season after we had already wasted an entire day that too in evening as we were all ladies.
Finally, we were shifted to another property, but even then Jithu kept saying it was a “loss for him” instead of apologizing.
✅ The only positives were the location (close to the beach) and the staff member Pawan at the other property, who was polite and helpful.
❌ But overall, the management, cleanliness, and hospitality here are very poor.you dont feel greeted at all. I would strongly not recommend this hotel – there are far better...
Read moreI'm pretty sure i've never left a negative review on Google but felt compelled to write this one. We visited today and to put it nicely, the service was pathetic. Left such a bad taste in our mouth that the food and location did not really matters. Special mention to the guy taking orders today, if a patron has raised their hands for 10 minutes and is literally hopping to get your attention, you really should think about the kind of experience you want to serve.
To the owner: I know the struggles of hospitality but there are also unforgivable sins and treating people who've showed up to your place willing to pay you for the food and service you provide like unwanted children is for sure a very good way to ensure a negative mention everytime a friend asks for a recommendation. Staff - The so called owner Jithu, I doubt if he’s the owner of the place. Very rude, mannerless, doesn’t listen to any concerns raised, not friendly and doesn’t know how to respond politely to customers.

We couldn’t even sit inside due to dampness and generator noise. This was not at all heard by the owner Jithu and was avoiding us.
We fought and moved to their other property - It’s a beautiful home stay.
