Recently visited with my friends. For me one of the worst experince. We opted for ac. Services too poor, delay in delivering food to table. Washroom are very dirty. No partition between men and women both have to stand in same place. When I came out from ladies tiles, the men went inside I asked him you have mistaken he said the staff told him to goto ladies toilet as the gents toilet is occupied.. Very disturbing and mannerless for the Maharaja staff. Coming to food we ordered. We ordered starters like chicken butter masala and Nang fry. Instead we got mocktails that's ok , but no taste just sweet. After waiting long we got main course, chicken gheerost and neer dosa. When we asked for our startes the staff said neersosa and ghee roast are starters. Is it so, 🤔 are we foolish to accept it. But anyways we just accepted as we are shortage in running time. But had expectation we will get started soon. Again after waiting more than 45 minutes we got nang masala fry which was worst because tye fish is not fresh at all... around 3:45pm we done with food whatever we recived but no startes. After 4pm the staff can and just kept the plate of butter chicken and asked us to eat. How ridiculous these staff ate very unprofessional. Guess the chef prepared it but these waiters might have forgotten to serve us. After full with our tummy having main course.cab anyone eat startes and that too looks like full of butterwattery. Does not loon like starters it's is payasam. Totally waste of money, lost taste bud, for me nit even single review I will say maharaja to improve ambience and rebook into the menu. Visited here after watching KripalAamana's (Food blogger "paid" to review restaurants), worst service and hopeless food quality. The Anjali fry served to us was the most thinnest slice "imaginable"! Fish n chips took 30mins to be presented at our table, n I suppose that's y it was Burnt! The mayonnaise that came along with it was Sweet with Boondi and Sugar crystals, which when brought to light to the staff asked me " IF I WANTED MAYONNAISE" LMAO, What was even served??? The chicken spring rolls had blackened outer and the filling was raw, filled with some cheap synthetic liquid (taste enhancer, most probably Synthetic vinegar of the worst possible quality), Basically not cooked thoroughly. All of the chicken is definitely marinated in vinegar- salt but for well over the required time which is normally not more than 2 hours, these buggers have definitely kept the meat overnight, possibly close to 24 hours. The cheapest hotel, serving exorbitantly priced food that even dogs will run away from(or atleast thats what was served to us).

I can go on and on in proper sequence but I shall stop here by saying the Anjali fry which was the first dish to be served was fresh and had good masala marination, for which we applauded the waiter. However, the slice was thin( worth 350/- in Mangalore). Paid 3k for food...
