Twenty minutes after I placed my order, I reminded them that a significant portion of my order had not yet been served. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my reminder without offering any acknowledgment and retreated to the kitchen. Ten minutes later, I became frustrated with their casual approach to the situation. I finally told them to cancel the outstanding items and bill me for what had already been delivered. Astonishingly, they complied immediately, showing absolutely NO REMORSE and even smirking, as if they were doing me a favour.
