My first ever blog :) Today morning I visited one of the famous restaurant that lies in centre of Mysuru. 📍"Indra Cafe Paras" It was originally established in 1956, they started with south Indian breakfast, today they serve several varieties of food. Today morning we tried 1. Single Idli - Vada 2. Idli Vada Dip 3. Coffee They start with serving beverage (milk items) at 7 in the morning. Breakfast are available from 7.30 am. Our orders took 15- 20 minutes to arrive on our table. Food was really delicious and was served hot as we went at their initial time. Coffee was just perfect! Hot & adequate amount with bit of aroma at Rs. 20. Over-all the price was about Rs.140. (approximately) Hope this will be helpful to you if you visit anyday in future.

This place has the best tea I've ever had, and I'm saying this after visiting Ooty the next day! Must try. The place is generally crowded with people coming to Mysore, making the service slower. But the food is worth the wait. You get authentic dosas of Old Mysore here. There are also fresh sweets of different kinds available on the shop. The issue is that even with so much inflow of visitors, the staff do not understand proper Hindi or English which creates a barrier if you have to ask anything apart from the dish names. Also, parking is an issue since the building is right on the main road. But if you're going to Mysore early morning from Bengaluru, and want a breakfast place, would definitely recommend this one!

One of the heavy crowded hotel in the heart of the city!! usually service is soon depends on the crowd! this hotel has three floors! they serve the best rasmalai, basundi and sweets in town! prices ranges are normal not too high! food is amazing!! usually people out here go for shopping in Devraj urs road and market and food over here! Service - 4/5,ambiance 4/5,taste - 4/5,quantity - 3/5,quality - 4/5! so we had tried rasmalai, babycorn Manchuri, panner Manchuri, kajumasala, roti, veg biriyani, curd rice and a dessert of ice-cream with fruits! all dishes were tasty and fresh!! but quantities are were less! living that issue overall its good - 4/5!

Located just on the opposite side of the road of Chikka Gadiyara & city central market. The place is bustling with people all the time especially during peak hours. Be prepared to wait since even though they have 2 floors of seating, it would be full most of the time especially during holiday season. Coming to cost aspect, personally i felt this was pretty affordable as compared to any other famed restaurants in the surrounding market area. I visited most of the restaurants in the surrounding area, that i could find on google maps but cost wise i felt this restaurant was more moderate & not at all bad on quality. Thumbs up for quality & pricing.

Horrible experience, I am a customer since my childhood. I really find it odd that the service is gone to dogs. There is hygiene concerns as well. If u seen the pictures I have posted. The quality of food is also bad, slow food preparation as well. I was surprised to hear the server say there is no finger bowl which was there previously. He challenged me that he has not offered it since 12 years ironic. I am surly not going to return back. The soup was served sweet propitious was too less and papad was served in plate for 2 means without extra plates, gravy was sweey bland as well, the rice was also stale.

I've been visiting the place for the last 13 years and I love both the Q&Qs of their food and service. The ambience will take you to the yesteryears which is a great experience along with the food. Rasmalai and Basundi are my favourites. Lovingly continuing my visiting the restaurant into 2023🥰😍 Even the masalae dosae is very tasty and they serve Gobi manchuri @ ₹60, which is very delicious as well. The trend of hot jamun isn’t quite well spread here in south India. These guys serve hot gulab jamun among many other sweet dishes. They are experts in sweets and namkeens.
