Moriz Inn-Boutique Hotel Mysore — Hotel in Karnataka

The experience was pathetic, highly not recommended.

We called the property directly and enquired about parking and other facilities, paid in advance for a room, and informed them that we would be arriving late, which they were perfectly OK with. The drama began when we arrived at the property at 1 a.m. (midnight) and the night shift guy refused to open the underground parking for us. Instead, he directed us to park in the unoccupied spot adjacent to the building, which was also busy and served more as a toilet than a parking space. It was full, and there was no designated parking area for the vehicle.

When we questioned this, the person was really rude and stated it's all full and we can't provide you parking at this time because you arrived very late.. you may cancel and leave the place is what he replied...went into a lot of discussions and nothing worked.. We had no choice but to park there, and CMG to room the bedsheets were really dirty, no water bottle kept... we couldn't question anything because the guy was like stay or leave... Please do not book this property and be disappointed. The rooms are not well maintained, as evidenced by the photos.

Not worthy...

We were here on the week end. We had actually booked 3 rooms through OYO for 3.5k. The place wasn't worth the price paid. I believe it was worth 500₹ that's all. The below details can convince you why I believe the place is just worth 500₹ per room. The place isn't as good as it looks in pictures in OYO. The rooms were not clean including the beds. It was a AC room but the controller did not work and even after informing the hotelier, they did not do anything for the cause. I guess I told him about the AC around 8-10 times. Worst service. They do not care about the guests. Complimentary breakfast was just pathetic. Believe me you can find some great food roadside better then what these people serve. They tell it's a buffet and later they say it's limited. For example: 2 idlis and 1 vada for one person. No feedback form available both from Oyo as well as Hotelier.

Conclusion: I prefer not to book or visit this place again paying more then 500₹. There are various other alternatives...
