KFC — Restaurant in Karnataka

New to Mysuru city.

Came for a dinner with family today. The ambience is pathetic . Uncleared (unclean) tables. I placed the order via KFC App Order no-K235A04845

Before being order is ready actually ,they show the order is ready in the screen and also in the app ( faking the 7mins promise of the KFC brand)

They didn’t provide straw for the cold beverages. Once I asked there is poor service. No apologies nothing as if they run a charity. I pay every penny for all these services. Learn the art of greeting and serving as you are serving the customers. Worst ever KFC outlets. No AC was on Poor hygiene in the toilets. Poor ambience.

For all this you have to pay parking fee also.

Highly not recommended for families and friends. Please stop operating KFC in these kind of places as it disappoints the dining experience. Train your staffs with soft skills to deal with customers. He/she should understand one thing that customers own the place not them. If something is unavailable it should be displayed or informed with a regret msg on board. If a customer pays ₹1 less do you accept to place the order??? Follow your brands promise of 7 min delivery/dine/takeaway. Simply cheating the customer by displaying in the order screen that order is ready...

I definitely have to give my review on KFC.. I'm been going to KFC from past 10years+ more.. in starting KFC used to serve more quantity of pieces and also their sizes were good for the money we used to pay. But now it has been reduced to 50% of quantity which was being served and also piece sizes have been reduced. I wanted to talk with KFC customer service but now got an opportunity to speak my words out here so that everyone will get to know. Apart from quantity and size, Still KFC has maintained their taste which makes people to go there and have Food. Now also I really love KFC but sometimes feels like not going there because of what I mentioned above. Please look after it...

Once you get out of the lift or take the final step on the stairs, you will get a feeling like you are entering an abandoned, isolated, deserted, and under construction place until you see the signature red and white KFC board reassuring any negative feelings ! Dim lit ambience. No BGM. Seating arrangement looks very very casual like that of a road side eatery. Weekends are quite crowded. Staff okay. Card transaction not accepted. Only UPI or Cash. Rice bowl quantity not as much as shown in the advertisement pic. Food was okay and crispy. Personally felt the whole ambience is not fit for a reputed chain like KFC. Sorry but not planning to...
