Review Very beautifully located property. Food is excellent. All staff polite except for a lady manager who was very rude. We had gone there with our family .I was on a wheelchair. She was so rude n refused to allow us to get down from the vehicle as she was screaming that the tiles will b damaged. The hilarious part is RNS is a manufacturer of tiles themselves. Ultimately we had to raise our voice to take the wheelchair. When she saw the wheelchair she started of telling that "if wheelchair is there u should have brought her from the road below by wheelchair n not by the vehicle" her dialogue 😁. “The restaurant is located in a nice area, so we expected good service when we decided to dine there. We ordered several snacks and tea, but everything took a long time to arrive, though we enjoyed the food and atmosphere overall. Since the kids liked the pani puri, we asked for another round, but our waitress, Nagaveni, told us that snacks were no longer being served. When we received the bill, we noticed they were still serving pani puri to other customers. MANAGEMENT ATTENTION NEEDED Most Horrible experience ever. Worst set of staff employed at this restaurant especially that were doing the morning shift at around 11:00am on Sunday, 30-Dec-2018. Agree women empowerment is absolutely a good idea, but please employ trained staff. The staff don't have a clue on how to treat customers, nor have any idea of how to take orders or for that matter even suggest what is available!!!
