The food had an excellent taste and the ambience of the place was really great!

(Imagine a person coming to your table and forcing you to write a review with eyes that suggest something terrible will happen to you otherwise. As you type in the words the person's gaze is over your shoulders looking into your phone and you are scared for your life and that of your family. After you're done you look back and realise the person has vanished in thin air and is nowhere to be found. You ask around to see if other people have been approached the same way you were only to find you were the only one. You begin to question whether the experience really happened or is a fabrication your mind made up just to tease you. You wander around cluelessly to get a hold of reality but are baffled by the nature of the incidence. You try to move on from the incident but every once in a while when you are again on your phone writing a totally misleading review [such as this one] you will have a sudden sense of fear and you'll turn around suddenly only to find.....

Worst Experience. Over priced beyond imagination. Coconut chutney is not even fresh at 8:00 a. m. I ordered tea without knowing the combo I purchased was having Tea. Of course, Ms. Bismitha told me "you already ordered" I did not realize she means tea. Immediately I asked her whether she can cancel. She said no. Fine. Your rule. Your place. I was given with two idlis for the Breakfast thali. We could not eat the two idlis and then I obseeved that vada was not there. When you play by rule, I have to have my right. When I asked, they told second idli was given in place of vada (which was not available) without even bothering to ask me. So you get to decide what I eat? I asked the serving counter, and there comes our Ms. Bismitha again. She was telling the serving counter girl, "Give one vada now" "give him parcel" and the tone was shooing away. I insisted on talking to the Manager. Mr. Rajesh was courteous. But I felt really bad, at the price I am paying, they choose my plate and not bothering to tell me... Too bad and I am sure they will keep repeating...

I strongly not recommend this place for food reason is not the taste of food but the dangerous part is the hygiene. I was there today at taste of India in Bangalore airport for lunch but when I was about to receive my food in plate I just thought of wiping the plate with tissue and suddenly I see that the entire plate was not washed . I told the serving guy who but he refused to agree and then I picked different plate and which ever plate I picked all were not washed and left with lot of oil and stains. I was upset and informed other customers and all agreed with the points. I strongly feel the food inspectors should do this exercise in regular intervals. PL act strongly about this issue. I feel airport authority should act and cancel there licence. Appeal to all the customers to check the cleanliness of plates before you...
