അ -- Aah Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

Very poor service and very very overpriced not at all customer friendly. 1)The staff didn't take the order properly. One of the waiters at the restaurant took orders from us and we waited for the food for one hour, then he came again and asked what did u guys order?. We had to order again proving that the staffs are very irresponsible. 2)We ordered 1 sandwich and 3 normal south Indian tea and the bill was 1500. Normally tea in south India cost around a maximum of Rs 20. here they charged us Rs 625. It's not about the money. If they are providing premium food at this price, then the money is worth it. Since they are charging so much money at least that quality and taste have to be maintained. 3) Poorly maintained toilet and very smelly 4) The restaurant itself is very congested What I have understood is that these restaurants near the jew synagogue opened up just out of greed to make a lot of money by cheating poor travelers who come to visit Kochi. And this is not the only restaurant that does this there are many restaurants in and around Mattanchery and fort Kochi that misguides the travelers who visit the place. It's high time that the Kerala travel and tourism department should take serious note of this. As a person who loves to travel, I say not all people who travel are super rich there are also people who travel for passion. As a native of Kochi, I feel very sad to see when visitors are misguided about the rates of food and finally end up in restaurants like this when they have so many better options out there. There are many better food spots providing quality food And of course, you get tasty food at reasonable...

Servers here are very soft spoken and know the food, service is a bit slow but that was already told to us as they make it fresh and its good, they have taken my special request for Kerala parotta which was not on the menu and they made it with very less oil and the chicken curry was also good. The only thing which I didn't like is that whatever prices was mentioned on the menu, I was charged above than that, might be that the menu was old so a little expensive.
