Very Unhygienic.Today(17/05/2024),at around 01:40pm(afternoon)i went to the shop to buy Pal payasam and the payasam has a brown colour looks like it is wheat ada or they have added jaggery.So i asked them to give me some on a spoon to taste it,then they said they don't have a disposable spoon,seems like they don't want me to taste the payasam and when i insist,they pour few drops on my hand.Very bad attitude and i bought Boli which the guy took it by his bare hands.And when i asked them about not using gloves or tong to pick it,they said gloves are not allowed and no tongs.They were sweating and looks filthy.The shop also looks dirty and the staff are...

I had ordered 1 litre of Ada Pradhaman today with high expectations, but I must say I am deeply disappointed with the quality. Unfortunately, it fell far short of the standards I would expect from professional caterers. The taste was so unappealing that we were unable to consume even a quarter of it. There was hardly any ada present, and the preparation resembled jaggery water rather than authentic pradhaman. The Payasams and Boli was absolutely delicious! However, I was disappointed with the customer service for online orders. Despite reaching out with queries and doubts regarding delivery or available items, they never show the courtesy to reply to queries. It would be great if the team could improve their communication and courtesy when dealing with online customers.
